Conduct regular refresher courses to keep employees updated on hygiene regulations, safety standards, and new cleaning techniques. Regularly assess employee adherence to hygiene protocols and provide corrective feedback or further training if needed. To ensure the effectiveness of the HACCP-based food safety system by consolidating food safety data, customer complaints, etc. and communicating the same to management and concerned HOD. Maintains records of food safety and hygiene-related forms, checks, and audits Conducts Vendor inspection in coordination with the purchase department. Maintains and makes improvements to hygiene standards.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hotel industry Relevant degree in the field of food safety. Has knowledge of UAE health & safety-related laws Excellent communication and organizational skills HACCP Level 4HACCP Internal Auditor; HACCP & Food Safety certifications

Additionally lead any Customer Journey project implementation jointly with the Marketing and Operations Team.<br>Roles and Responsibilities Property Management Lead & monitor the team managing the retail assets; ensure the asset is in a perfect state for opening and during the daily operation Review the footfall performance of the portfolio, searching for patterns Constant review of asset improvement opportunities and recommend ways to improve to the Asset Management team Ensure critical services, risk, and safety facilities are working at all times Ensure compliance with evacuation regulations Ensure exclusion zones around the mall Guest Experience Collaborate with the Customer experience team, making sure that the guests are receiving a satisfactory experience throughout the journey Supervise continuous site-reviews on a weekly basis to make sure the Guest Journey is being implemented adequately Budget Management of Common Zones Approve the budget of the common area of assets, forecast and closing Approve PO and invoices Debt & Discount Management Implemented and standardized the discount and debt management process Monitor the efficient running of the process Tenant Relations Coordinate operational activity with a Retail Group to ensure the operations of the units are being implemented efficiently and with a customer orientation Attend asset coordination meetings as required Define standardization of communication with tenants and review related KPIs in a monthly basis Define and monitor the tenant on-boarding process Oversee the fit-out process to ensure tenant’s contractual obligations before handover and formal handover of the unit are observed Monitor compliance with asset regulations and fit-outs guidelines / Shopfront monitoring / Opening to trade<br>Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business or Economics, MBA preferred<br><br>Experience Min of 12+ years of experience in property management with a large retail asset with annual revenue of at least AED 200 million<br>Skills Must have P&L start-up experience in retail megamalls Strong knowledge and exposure to the GCC real estate market Able to implement an overall strategic vision for the asset Change responsive, clear and effective cross-functional leadership Mature abstract reasoning skills; incisive and creative within a dynamic working environment Ability to liaise, influence and interact effectively with diverse audiences spanning Commercial, Business Development/Strategic Planning functions
