<p>The DC Operation Manager is responsible for the operation of the entire data centre and ensure support for the other departments for the smooth running of Data Center organisation.</p><br>

<p>Key Responsibilities:</p><br>

<li>Managing Electrical System major / shutdown maintenance including UPS, Switchgear, Generators</li>
<li>Supervising & Physical attendance during the Maintenance of above-mentioned Electrical Systems as per the approved schedule [including nighttime & public holidays]</li>
<li>Presenting & demonstrating the Customers regarding DC Operations, Processes & Policies</li>
<li>Managing installation Projects. Follow-up with vendors for deliveries and Monitor the Project Implementation.</li>
<li>Responsible for preparation review and final approval of MOP, SOP and EOPs as per manufacturer recommendations.</li>
<li>Responsible to review PMs through CAFM and notify the customers regarding the Planned PMs by identifying RISK, IMPACT, MITIGATION and ROLL BACK PLAN.</li>
<li>Responsible to Prepare a list of Spare parts, PPE and tools required during PPMs.</li>
<li>Responsible for Implementing PPMs as per SOPs and MOPs and Maintain Quality checklist for Yearly and 3Ms PPMs. HSE monitoring and Reporting.</li>
<li>Tracking & scheduling Calibration.</li>
<li>Send equipment’s for calibration. Update and upload Calibration log in library.</li>
<li>Scheduling PDM & Performing PDM [PDM embedded with PPM].</li>
<li>Review PdM log and evaluate Asset Condition. Responsible for PdM Log update.</li>
<li>Responsible for Customer notification.</li>
<li>Ensure data logging.</li>
<li>Ensure PAT / 3rd Party test certificates validity.</li>
<li>Review requirement of Change in Maintenance. Raise CR for any changes required & Implement the Approved Change</li>
<li>Managing new Customer Installations (Cables, Cold Aisle Cages, Cages)</li>
<li>Managing feasibility and RFIs for new Customer</li>
<li>Review and develop DC Process and Policies</li>
<li>Prepare and present periodic operational report as per the DC requirements</li>
<li>To look into incident reports, responsible for RCA and follow up with vendors till final rectification or for Change request based on vendors recommendations and maintain all records in the library.</li>
<li>Responsible to maintain and record up to date Capacity Management Reports for both Power and Cooling. Prepare Power consumption report and Monthly Reports.</li>
<li>Make sure all the staffs, Facility team and security adhere to the Access Process.</li>
<li>Responsible for Training Programs, QHSE and Toolbox training to Staff.</li>
<li>Inspection and Validating the Work Completion, HSE and Quality Control.</li>
<li>Internal Audit for all Processes and SLAs</li>
<li>Backup for SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER</li>

Job Description<br><br>The Customer Care Agent is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by serving as the primary point of contact for clients, tenants, and stakeholders seeking Facilities Management services. The role involves receiving and responding to customer inquiries, maintenance requests, complaints, and service-related concerns through various communication channels, ensuring all requests are accurately logged, tracked, and resolved within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The Customer Care Agent works closely with Operations, Maintenance, and other internal departments to coordinate timely service delivery, provide regular updates to customers, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to maintaining high service standards, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence while supporting the organization's Emiratization objectives.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br> Receive and respond to customer inquiries, service requests, complaints, and feedback through telephone, email, and other approved communication channels. Register and log maintenance requests and service tickets accurately in the Facilities Management system. Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Helpdesk, and Technical Teams to ensure timely execution of customer requests. Monitor the status of work orders and provide customers with regular updates until completion. Escalate urgent or unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor or department in accordance with established procedures. Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and in accordance with the Company's customer service standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Maintain accurate records of customer communications, service requests, and resolutions within the CRM/CAFM system. Support customers by providing information regarding facilities services, maintenance schedules, and company procedures. Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and obtain feedback where applicable. Work collaboratively with internal departments to improve service delivery and customer experience. Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information. Participate in departmental meetings, training programs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Perform any other duties assigned by the Line Manager that are consistent with the role. <br><br>Qualifications<br><br> UAE National with a valid Family Book (Mandatory). High School Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
