Role Summary<br>The Videographer & Motion Graphics Designer is responsible for creating high-quality video, photography, animation, 3D, augmented reality, and AI-assisted content for the Corporate Communications Department. The role supports government engagements, corporate events, partnerships, sponsorships, announcements, branding, and social media by translating key narratives into compelling visual stories while ensuring full alignment with the Group’s brand guidelines, messaging, and quality standards.<br>Role Overview The Videographer & Motion Graphics Designer is responsible for producing high-quality video, photography, animation, 3D, augmented reality, and AI-assisted content that strengthens the Group’s reputation and supports corporate communications, government engagements, partnerships, sponsorships, internal events, branding, and social media. Job Description<br><br>The Customer Care Agent is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by serving as the primary point of contact for clients, tenants, and stakeholders seeking Facilities Management services. The role involves receiving and responding to customer inquiries, maintenance requests, complaints, and service-related concerns through various communication channels, ensuring all requests are accurately logged, tracked, and resolved within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The Customer Care Agent works closely with Operations, Maintenance, and other internal departments to coordinate timely service delivery, provide regular updates to customers, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
