Head of Operations – Forex / CFD Brokerage Position Experience:Workmode : On-site Work Location: Dubai Notice: Immediate to 15 days<br>For a UAE-based multi-asset brokerage licensed and regulated by CMA (Capital Market Authority), we are seeking an experienced Head of Operations with a strong background in Forex, CFDs, OTC derivatives, and financial services. The successful candidate will oversee all operational functions of the brokerage, ensuring efficient client onboarding, payment processing, regulatory compliance support, trading operations, risk controls, and back-office management. The candidate must have experience working with regulated brokers and possess deep knowledge of MT5, CRM systems, payment providers, KYC/AML procedures, and operational workflows.<br>Key Responsibilities 1. Operations Management -Lead daily brokerage operations.-Manage onboarding, account opening, and client servicing.-Develop and improve operational policies and procedures.-Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Dealing, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Customer Support teams.<br>2. Job description:<br><br> MISSION : Within the Logistics Department, your main mission for minimum 6 months of Temporary contract will be to ensure the operational implementation of the logistics budget and the preliminary stock- and empty containers flow inventory for the area you are in charge of. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The scope of activity will include, but not limited to following: Plan and coordinate equipment evacuation in line with Head Office guidelines and regional priorities. Ensure the proper use of CMA CGM Group logistics systems and monitor compliance with logistics procedures, reporting standards and system updates. Follow up on logistics KPIs and ensure timely and accurate reporting from local agencies, including logistics expenses under Form 9. Prepare weekly and monthly equipment reports, including key data, highlights and recommendations for Head Office and Regional Management.
