<div data-jb-field="skills"><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p><p>• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology / Information Systems / Human Resources or a related field.</p><p>• Proficiency in Arabic language, both spoken and written (basic literacy), with the ability to prepare formal communications and documents in both Arabic and English.</p><p>• Good command of English language in writing and conversation.</p><p>• Communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts and work processes on systems.</p><p>• Basic understanding of HR processes (employee affairs, leave, attendance and payroll, performance evaluation).</p><p>• Organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.</p><p>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.</p><p>• Availability within the United Arab Emirates.</p><p><b>Additional Features:</b></p><p>• Previous experience or internship in one of the HR systems.</p><p>• Experience in dealing with government entities.</p><p>• Familiarity with client request management systems.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p></div>
