In this mid-to-junior finance position, you will work closely with Finance Managers, Senior Accountants, Internal Auditors, and Operational Department Leads to handle general ledger accounting, manage accounts payable and receivable pipelines, and execute account reconciliations. You will be responsible for reviewing vendor invoices, tracking receivables and overdue collections, preparing journal vouchers, auditing employee expense reports, and assisting with tax filing preparations. Responsibilities include running bank and intercompany reconciliations, managing monthly ledger entries, preparing balance sheet schedules, maintaining clean digital audit trails, and assisting in financial reporting. Handle registration protocols of residents & guest entering and exiting the Gym Cleanliness and maintenance are to be checked regularly, followed up and maintained at the Manage the various leisure and sport amenities offered within the residence Assist the residents & guest with technical knowledge of different machines, as well as guidance to maximize the equipment's effectiveness during workouts This role is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality within the fitness facility. Actively engage with residents & guest, ensure all fitness equipment is immaculate and fully operational, maintain amenity stations. Conducting orientation tours of the equipment, facilities, and fitness amenities. Anticipate guest needs by offering towels, water and specialized workout amenities. Maintain a proactive, approachable presence on the fitness floor to assist guests with basic equipment setup and general inquiries. Handle guest requests, feedback, or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary. Perform and supervise continuous cleaning, sanitization, and organization of the fitness floor, studios, and equipment throughout the shift. Re-rack weights, fold and stack towels, and ensure mats, bands, and accessories are disinfected and stored in designated locations immediately after use. Inspect changing rooms and locker areas periodically to ensure pristine conditions. Conduct daily inspections of all cardio, strength, and functional training equipment prior to shift opening and throughout the day. Immediately log, tag, and report broken or malfunctioning equipment to residence management. Maintain current knowledge of emergency procedures, basic first aid and safety measures. Track daily inventory levels of towels, cleaning products, guest amenities, and beverages; report stock levels for reordering. Conduct efficient hand-over with coming team member.
