Support workspace allocation, moves, and changes in coordination with the facilities team.</p><br><p><b>Communication & Coordination</b> Distribute workplace announcements, updates, and service notifications to employees through appropriate channels. Maintain workplace signage, wayfinding materials, and communication boards. Prepare regular reports on workplace utilization, service metrics, and employee feedback.</p><br><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><br><p><b>Education & Experience</b> 1-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, facilities management, or workplace services roles. Experience supporting multinational organizations or technology companies is highly desirable. Previous experience working in the UAE market with understanding of local business practices and cultural expectations.</p><br><p><b>Skills & Competencies</b> Exceptional customer service orientation with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Job Purpose OT/ICS Vertical Automation Solution Engineer shall help in the design, implementation, and maintaining the industrial automation control systems IACS in addition to help in create and update related electrical & instrument control systems layout within the OT and industrial environment.
