Lead a team of electrical technicians to ensure uninterrupted plant operations. Attend electrical breakdowns and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance. Monitor and maintain electrical systems, motors, drives, PLCs, MCCs, VFDs, transformers, and control panels. Coordinate with production and mechanical maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
