About Spanzia Supply Chain Solutions
Spanzia is a warehousing and supply chain solutions provider with a UAE-wide warehouse database. Our core service offering is to match businesses to space that fits their exact operational specs — grade, clear height, temperature zone, storage method, certifications — and stay with them through go-live and optimisation. Beyond this, we also provide services like supply chain optimisation, warehouse construction consultancy, etc.
We're backed by a board of advisors with three decades in contract logistics across the GCC and six other regions. We're currently pre-launch, building the verified warehouse partner network that powers the platform.
Warehouse decisions. Simplified.
The role
Every facility on Spanzia is physically verified — not self-reported. That verification doesn't happen from a desk. Someone has to go to the warehouse, photograph it properly, collect the paperwork, check it's real, and get it into the system clean.
That someone is you.
This is a hybrid admin and field role. Part of your week is out on site at warehouse facilities across Dubai; the rest is documentation, records and keeping the day-to-day running. It suits someone organised, self-directed and comfortable being the person who actually gets things done.
What you'll do
1. Field & site visits
- Travel to warehouse facilities across Dubai to carry out verification visits- Photograph and video facilities to a consistent standard — external, dock doors, clear height, flooring, racking, loading bays, office space, amenities- Capture on-site measurements and observations against our verification checklist- Meet warehouse operators and their site teams; represent Spanzia professionally on the ground- Flag anything that doesn't match what was declared- Documentation & records- Collect, check and file operator documentation — trade licence, Civil Defence certificate, bonded status, lease or title documents, insurance, relevant certifications (food, DG, pharma, lithium-ion)- Chase missing paperwork until the file is complete- Enter verified facility data into our database accurately and consistently- Maintain the media library — organised, named, tagged, retrievable- Keep the operator pipeline and status records up to date
2. Office & coordination
- Schedule site visits and coordinate calendars across the team and warehouse partners- Handle day-to-day office administration — supplies, courier, vendor coordination, visitor arrangements- Support invoicing, expense records and petty cash- Assist with government and licensing paperwork as needed- Take and circulate meeting notes; follow up on actions- Support the wider team on ad-hoc operational tasks
What we're looking for
1. Essential
- 1–3 years in an administrative, operations or coordinator role — logistics, real estate or facilities experience is a strong plus- Genuinely willing to be out in the field — this is not a desk-only role, and warehouse environments mean heat, dust and industrial areas- Strong English communication, written and spoken- Confident with Excel / Google Sheets and general digital tools; comfortable learning a new platform- Meticulous with detail — our credibility rests on the accuracy of these records- Able to work independently and manage your own day without close supervision- Valid UAE residence visa with own sponsorship or NOC — we are not able to provide visa sponsorship for this role
2. Preferred
- Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle (travel allowance provided)- Arabic in addition to English- A good eye for photography — you don't need to be a professional, but you should be able to shoot clean, well-lit, usable images on a phone or camera- Familiarity with Dubai's industrial and free zone areas — JAFZA, Dubai South, DIP, Dubai Industrial City, Al Quoz, Ras Al Khor- Exposure to warehousing, logistics or commercial property
What you'll get
- A role with visible impact — the verified network you build is the product at launch- Direct exposure to the UAE warehousing and supply chain sector, and to a senior advisory board with three decades in the industry- Early-stage company, small team, real ownership of your area

CEG Stake | Dubai, UAE | Commission-only, uncapped | Full-time, 4+ days per week in office

* We do subsidise a base salary in some cases, but the focus is commission creates earnings long term

The offer, up front

50% of revenue share on every sale you close. Uncapped. No ceiling, no threshold to unlock it.

You take half of what the business earns on the deal, whether that is a whole property or a tokenized one. There is no base salary, so this is a role for someone who backs themselves. What we give you in return is new leads every day, international inventory, and a product that lets you close investors at almost any budget.

About CEG Stake

CEG Stake is a Swiss-registered property investment platform based in Zug, built to make real estate ownership accessible to people who were previously priced out of it. Our portfolio spans premium off-plan developments in Ras Al Khaimah and Morocco, and everything runs through an app: on-chain, wallet-verifiable, with KYC completed in around ten minutes.

We sell property two ways. Investors can buy whole units, the way property has always been sold. Or we tokenize a property, splitting ownership into fractions so that someone can take a stake from as little as $150 rather than needing the full purchase price. Alongside that sit our other products, including the Rentals Yield Pool and the CEG Equity Token.

Why that matters to you commercially. Tokenization takes an investor who could never write a cheque for a whole unit and turns them into a live buyer. It widens the funnel enormously, it opens markets a conventional agent simply cannot sell into, and it means far more of your pipeline converts into something you get paid on. The lead a normal brokerage writes off as "budget too small" is a deal here, and the small investor who starts at $150 is often the same person who comes back for a whole unit two years later.

The role

This is the widest desk in the business. English is the default language of international property investment, which means this pipeline carries the highest volume and the broadest spread of investor profiles we handle.

You will take inbound enquiries from the UK, Ireland, the US, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, India, South Africa and Nigeria, plus the enormous English-speaking expat population across the UAE. The trade-off is that volume is your constraint rather than lead supply. Whoever takes this seat has to be genuinely disciplined about triage, working out fast which enquiries deserve an hour and which deserve five minutes, without letting the rest go cold.

You are not cold-calling for leads. Marketing generates them, you convert them. Your job is to pick up an enquiry fast, qualify it properly, work out whether the investor is better served by a whole property or a tokenized position, and close.

What you'll do

Respond promptly to inbound enquiries and run every lead through to close in our CRM

Triage a high-volume pipeline, prioritising by ticket size and intent without letting the long tail go cold

Qualify on budget, timeline, residency, financing and objective, whether that is rental yield, capital growth, or portfolio diversification

Match the investor to the right product and the right market: whole unit or tokenized, Ras Al Khaimah or Morocco

Use tokenization deliberately, reframing a "too small" budget into a live transaction rather than losing the lead

Walk investors through the platform confidently: how fractional ownership works, how KYC and the app work, what they actually own, payment structures, fees and exit routes

Work across time zones spanning the Americas to Asia Pacific, structuring your day so no market is permanently underserved

Run video consultations and in-person meetings, and host clients travelling to Dubai

Handle the transaction end to end, coordinating with our compliance and operations teams

Nurture the long tail. Most overseas investors take months to commit, and disciplined follow-up is where this role is won or lost

Build repeat and referral business. A satisfied investor typically brings two more

Report weekly on pipeline, conversion, and lead quality by source

Who we're looking for

Essential

Native or fully fluent English, spoken and written, to a standard that holds up with sophisticated investors

2+ years in a closing sales role. Real estate is ideal, and high-value B2C sales such as investments, wealth products, luxury goods or automotive is welcome

Proven ability to manage high lead volume without dropping quality

Confident working commission-only and converting warm inbound leads

Based in Dubai or willing to relocate, and able to be in our office at least 4 days a week

Comfortable explaining an investment product clearly and honestly, including its risks

Strong advantage

Already resident in the UAE with the right to work

Experience selling property or investments cross-border, and a feel for how overseas buyers think about foreign property, tax residency and currency exposure

Exposure to fractional ownership, crowdfunding, tokenization, digital assets, or regulated investment products

Knowledge of the Moroccan or Northern Emirates markets

Any second language, particularly Arabic, French, Spanish, Russian or Hindi

How you work

You follow up relentlessly and keep a clean CRM

You explain risk honestly. Every claim you make is one we can substantiate, with no invented returns and no invented scarcity

You can run 40+ live conversations without dropping any of them

What we provide

New leads every day, qualified and routed straight to you

International inventory plus tokenized product, so far fewer leads die on budget

A platform investors can verify for themselves: Swiss-registered, on-chain, app-based

Visa and work permit arranged

Medical insurance and annual leave per UAE Labour Law

CRM, marketing collateral, professional photography and video

Office in Dubai, with desk, phone line and portal access provided at no cost to you

How to apply

Send your CV, together with your sales figures from your most recent years.

CEG Stake is an equal opportunity employer.

Desired Candidate Profile

Real Estate Broker
