- Lead MEP design and engineering activities for 400 k V substation projects from design through construction and commissioning.<br>- Prepare and review MEP calculations, drawings, specifications, BOQs, equipment schedules, and technical reports.<br>- Design and review HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, and other building services systems.<br>- Ensure designs comply with project specifications, client requirements, UAE regulations, and applicable international standards.<br>- Coordinate MEP designs with civil, structural, electrical, protection & control, telecom, and other disciplines.<br>- Review and resolve design clashes, technical interfaces, RFIs, and engineering issues.<br>- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams on technical matters and design approvals.<br>- Review vendor technical submissions, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical proposals.<br>- Provide technical support to construction, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.<br>- Monitor engineering deliverables and ensure timely completion in line with project schedules.<br>- Review the work of junior engineers and provide technical guidance and support.<br>- Identify technical risks and support value engineering, design optimization, quality, and cost-efficiency initiatives.<br><br>Skills: - 8–12 years of relevant engineering/design experience, preferably within power transmission, substations, EPC, or infrastructure projects.<br>- Proven experience in high-voltage substation projects, preferably 400 k V / 220 k V.<br>- Experience in MEP/building services design for substations, power plants, or major infrastructure facilities.<br>- Previous experience working with EPC contractors, consultants, utilities, and international clients is preferred.<br>- Experience in UAE/GCC projects and familiarity with local authority requirements is highly desirable.<br>- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.<br>- Professional engineering certification is preferred.<br>- Relevant training/certification in HVAC, fire protection, BIM, or building services engineering is an advantage.
AI Solutions Engineer<br>Location: Dubai | Experience: 2 to 5 years | Work Type: Full-time, Work From Office (WFO) Join our Dubai AI team to turn client requirements into working solutions on our Agentic AI platform. This client-facing role combines platform configuration, client management and delivery coordination with Product, AI and Engineering.<br>What You'll DoOwn day-to-day client relationships, lead regular check-ins and coordinate responses to questions, issues and escalations. Lead discovery sessions to understand business goals, current processes, users, data, integrations and constraints; agree on measurable success criteria. Translate requirements into clear agent use cases, workflow maps, user stories and acceptance criteria, including tool actions, exceptions and human handoffs. Configure agents, prompts, workflows and available integrations on our AI platform; test behavior against agreed requirements and refine configurations. Coordinate new feature requirements with Product, AI and Engineering: clarify scope, confirm feasibility, track progress and validate delivery against client needs. Coordinate onboarding, integration dependencies, user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, client sign-off, training and go-live readiness. Track post-launch feedback, adoption, agent performance and client satisfaction; turn findings into prioritized improvements with internal teams. Functional understanding of LLMs and AI agents, including prompting, knowledge retrieval, tool use, guardrails and human oversight; comfortable configuring and testing platform solutions.
