The role focuses on solving end-customer challenges by translating technical and business requirements into scalable, integrated, value-driven designs and solutions.<br><br>What You’ll Do<br><br>Work closely with the segment strategy & offer leader to map the target sub-segments/micro-segments (ex: healthcare, education, retail, mixed use...). Deliver Reference Design per sub-segments and corresponding Sales tools to help the Sales organization to promote the full Eaton offering and to increase the Share of Wallet Sales for the Commercial Building and Residential Segments. Map use cases and functionalities for the applications and their corresponding Eaton offering. Create a library of reference designs/Applications against a published and agreed roadmap. Engage the Business Unit (BU) Product Managers to help position their offering in the reference design and understand how the current roadmap will help to fill the gaps and when. Work with BU applications engineers to precisely define the specific application needs and define the best technical solution promoting Eaton capabilities Translate the reference design into detailed and visual tools (including design guides, CAD files and technical specifications), with the Marcom team, for Sales to promote the full Eaton package to their customers, consultants and end users. Work with Marcom team to support development of associated tools and content that allow effective promotion of the reference designs (ex. Webpages on secure portal, campaign assets….) Support the development and deployment of a Consultant Program led by the segment team to enable consultants and designers to access high value content (inc. reference designs). Support the specification sales teams understanding and engagement with consultants (ex. Zunos webinars explaining the reference designs, joint meetings/calls, build a community of practice…) Continuously improve and refine the reference design framework and content, based on feedback from sales/marketing teams and directly from contact with consultants/designers. Define and develop new tools to showcase our capability. Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience in the IT industry to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, analyzing processes, translating requirements into functional and technical specifications, and working closely with development and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, requirement gathering, user stories, functional specifications, process mapping, and stakeholder management, along with a good understanding of programming languages, databases, APIs, web technologies, and software development life cycles. Key Responsibilities1. Business & Requirement Analysis Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Jira & Requirement Management Create, manage, and track Epics, User Stories, Tasks, Bugs, and Sub-tasks in Jira. Maintain Jira backlog and ensure requirements are properly linked and traceable. Monitor story status, dependencies, blockers, and delivery progress. Work with technical teams to ensure Jira tickets contain sufficient functional and acceptance criteria. Maintain requirement traceability from business requirements through development and testing. Generate and review Jira reports and dashboards to track project progress.4. User Stories & Functional Documentation Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flow Diagrams, and Acceptance Criteria. Write user stories using the appropriate Agile format. Define positive, negative, and edge-case scenarios for requirements. Develop functional specifications for new features and enhancements. Technical Understanding The candidate should have a good working knowledge of software development concepts and technologies, including:Understanding of SDLC and STLC. Sustainability is a cross disciplinary field that cuts across key sectors.<br><br>The Associate Sustainability Consultant will provide technical leadership and strategic oversight across a portfolio of complex sustainability and green building certification projects. The role combines advanced technical expertise, project and team leadership, and client-facing responsibility, with accountability for quality, programme, and certification outcomes. Proven ability to manage risk, programme, and competing priorities across a project portfolio. Proven experience of 2+ years as a Mobile Team Lead, Technical Lead, or similar role. Strong hands-on experience in either i OS development using Swift or Android development using Kotlin/Java. Strong understanding of both i OS and Android ecosystems. Experience managing or leading mobile engineers across i OS and Android. Experience publishing and maintaining apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Strong understanding of App Store and Google Play release processes, review guidelines, versioning, and production release management. Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, third-party SDKs, and backend service integrations. Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns such as MVVM, MVC, MVP, or Clean Architecture.<br>Preferred Skills Experience in Fintech, Forex, Trading, Banking, or financial applications. Experience building or supporting trading, investment, payments, onboarding, or client portal mobile applications. Strong i OS knowledge including Swift, Objective-C, UIKit, Core Data, Auto Layout, Apple frameworks, and App Store Connect. Strong Android knowledge including Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, Jetpack libraries, Room, Retrofit, Coroutines, Firebase, and Google Play Console. Experience with mobile analytics, crash reporting, and monitoring tools such as Firebase Crashlytics, App Center, Sentry, or similar. Experience with mobile security, authentication, biometrics, secure storage, and encrypted communication. Experience working with UI/UX teams using Figma or similar tools. Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery, sprint planning, estimation, and release governance. Experience using AI tools to improve mobile development productivity, code reviews, testing, and documentation.
