<p><span>The RBS MPT unit is a sales channels under RBS (Cards & Personal Loans) catering to the Credit Card, Personal Finance and Bank Account requirements of existing and prospect Emirates NBD customers within UAE. Overview
<p>An established investment bank is seeking a Vice President to join its M&A and Equity Capital Markets team in Dubai. The role will suit an investment banking professional with strong transaction execution experience across both M&A and ECM, with exposure to the Middle East and broader EMEA markets highly advantageous.</p><br>
<p>The successful candidate will work across a range of transactions, supporting senior bankers on origination and execution while taking responsibility for managing junior team members and driving processes forward.</p><br>
Key Responsibilities
