Description The College of Interdisciplinary Studies (CIS) seeks qualified candidates to teach courses in the Business Transformation (BT) and Social Innovation (SI) departments on their Abu Dhabi and Dubai campuses starting in the Spring 2027 semester. Appointments are made on a per semester basis and may be renewed subject to teaching needs.<br>Successful candidates will be able to teach undergraduate economics courses, including but not limited to macroeconomics, microeconomics, international economics, development economics, and monetary economics. CIS follows an active learning pedagogy and faculty are expected to engage students in creative thinking, foster critical thinking and mentor them in their academic and professional development. Additionally, the faculty will demonstrate professional and scholarly accomplishment appropriate to their rank, and they will be expected to contribute to scholarly activities and demonstrate a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment. Prior university-level teaching experience is desirable but not required.
