Job Responsibilities<br>Site Assessment: Conduct detailed site surveys, assess MEP systems and assets, evaluate their operational condition, and identify outstanding technical requirements. Manpower Planning: Lead FM mobilization and define manpower requirements, competencies, shifts, roles, and responsibilities to ensure operational readiness. Process Implementation: Implement, and continuously improve FM processes, SOPs, workflows, PPM procedures, reactive maintenance processes, escalation procedures, and operational standards to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery.
