<p>Our Main Contracting client has a new requirement for a well experienced QA QC Manager to join their team in Dubai to work on high profile high rise towers and new build villa masterplan developments in the Emirate. Successful candidates will have a proven background as a QA QC Manager on major new build civil construction projects in the UAE and have worked in the capacity of QA QC Manager for a recognised main contracting company previously.
This role is available for immediate joining and is hiring on a temporary to permanent basis as an initial 6 month contract position, outsourced through J10 Consulting, with the option to transfer to staff after 6 months to suit all parties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
• Manage all QA/QC documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Identify and resolve quality issues.
• Prepare and present QA/QC reports.
• Lead & Mentor QA/QC Engineers and Inspectors
