General Description<br><br>We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Sheet Piling & Shoring to take full ownership of specialist projects across Abu Dhabi.<br><br>The role is responsible for the complete project outcome, including safe delivery, programme, cost, revenue, margin, technical coordination, contract administration, client management and team performance. The Project Manager will also actively identify follow-on and cross-selling opportunities, making this a commercially focused role combining project delivery, contract management and client account development.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Lead sheet piling and shoring projects from handover and mobilisation through execution, commercial close-out and handover. <p>Job Description</p><p>Responsible for managing the implementation and delivery of Building Information Modelling (BIM) across a large-scale roads, utilities, and urban infrastructure project. Oversees BIM standards, model coordination, digital workflows, and information management, ensuring collaboration between design, construction, and project controls teams while supporting efficient project delivery, clash detection, and compliance with client and industry BIM requirements.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>BIM Manager is an experienced design team member who will be assigned to review the deliverables of the existing design and construction team during the implementation of projects.</li><li>The BIM Manager will put in place all BIM requirements for each project. This will include preparing/reviewing the BIM Execution Plan, LOD Matrix, modelling methodology, Coordination strategy, Collaboration and Exchange timeframe, files format and other requirements and ensure it is communicated to all consultants and contractors involved in the project.</li><li>Duties shall include auditing Design & Construction models to ensure consistency, looking at the information attached to the geometry for scheduling and BOQs purpose, overlapping or duplicating geometries, warnings, file sizes, over modelling, etc. This model audit will be performed at each submission from the consultants and/or contractors. This audit will help reduce the amounts of utility clashes, better understand potential problems in the files, and ensure accurate scheduling and BOQs.</li><li>The BIM Manager shall coordinate BIM activities among the Lead Design Consultant, Other Consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure that digital models are properly integrated and aligned with program and construction requirements. Purpose<br><br>The Export Market Manager is responsible for building and managing Mizzen's export business, initially across Egypt, Lebanon and Iraq, with the potential to expand into additional markets over time.<br><br>This is a commercial role with end-to-end market ownership, responsible for developing customer relationships, driving profitable sales, managing accounts and identifying new business opportunities across the assigned territories.<br><br>The role will also lead the liquidation business in Egypt and Iraq, developing the right network of partners to efficiently monetize excess and ageing inventory while protecting ON's brand positioning and the long-term value of the business.<br><br>Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Export Market Manager acts as the commercial owner for the assigned markets and works cross-functionally with Distribution, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and Legal to deliver profitable, cash-generative and scalable growth.<br>Key Accountabilities<br><br>1.
