The role is responsible for creating and maintaining detailed project schedules, tracking progress, identifying delays, and providing accurate planning insights to ensure the project is delivered on time and in compliance with contractual requirements.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Develop and maintain baseline schedules using Primavera P6. Create WBS structures, activity sequencing, resource loading, S‑curves, and histograms. Prepare 2‑week, 4‑week, and 6‑week look‑ahead programs. Update schedules weekly/monthly and analyze progress vs. plan. Identify variances, assess critical path impacts, and prepare planning reports and dashboards. Monitor engineering, procurement, and authority approvals against schedule needs. Maintain delay/change event registers and support Time Impact Analysis (TIA). Support Extension of Time (EOT) submissions with schedules and as‑built data. Coordinate closely with site teams, engineering, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and subcontractors. Review subcontractor schedules for alignment with the master plan. Maintain planning documentation, revisions, and as‑built records.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.3-5 years’ experience as a Planning Engineer (UAE preferred). Primavera P6 Certification (required) PSP® (AACE) – preferred PMP® – advantage TIA/Delay Analysis training – advantage Proven experience on high‑end residential/villa or mixed‑use projects. Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and progress measurement. <p>The Planning Engineer – Interior Fit-Out is responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules for interior fit-out and refurbishment projects. The role ensures projects are completed on time by preparing detailed work programs, tracking progress, identifying delays, and coordinating with project teams to implement corrective actions. The Planning Engineer supports project delivery through effective planning, scheduling, resource management, and progress reporting. Develop detailed project schedules, baseline programs, and work breakdown structures (WBS) for interior fit-out projects. Prepare project execution plans, resource-loaded schedules, procurement schedules, and material delivery plans.
