The Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) is the supervisory and regulatory authority of the banking and insurance sector in the United Arab Emirates. CBUAE is responsible for enhancing monetary management, financial stability and protecting consumers through effective supervision of licensed financial institutions, prudent management of reserves, robust financial infrastructure and the adoption of digital technologies.<br>We are seeking a Senior Vice President – Internal Portfolio Management who is responsible for the internally managed portfolios which represent a core part of CBUAE’s foreign exchange reserves and are managed in accordance with the investment policy and strategic asset allocation approved by the Board of Directors. The foreign exchange reserves are structured into different tranches whereby the job holder oversees the portfolios that invest directly in global government bonds, SSAs (supranational, sovereigns and agencies), Gold bullion, FX and money markets. Position Overview<br>The Hub Manager is responsible for managing the operation of the learning hub. You will help them define and modernize their endpoint strategy in an era shaped by AI, security threats, and rapid platform competition. You will operate as a trusted advisor to senior IT and business leaders - anchoring engagement with the CIO while expanding influence across CTO, CISO, and AI transformation leaders - to ensure Windows remains the foundational platform for secure, AI‑driven work.</span></p><br><p><span>In this role, you will lead high‑impact, time‑bound customer engagements where Windows platform decisions are at risk or strategically critical. Able to advise senior leaders on device management modernization, security, operational efficiency and AI readiness, guiding customers through strategic platform decisions and transformation roadmaps.</li><li>Strong understanding of AI-ready Windows devices, including Copilot+ PCs, NPUs and specialized AI silicon.
