We are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Onboarding Specialist to join our team. The role will be primarily responsible for client onboarding, KYC/AML reviews, due diligence, and ensuring that client accounts meet all applicable regulatory and internal compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in client onboarding and KYC within the brokerage, or forex industry, with a strong understanding of AML requirements and risk-based client assessment.<br>Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end onboarding for individual clients. Conduct KYC, CDD and EDD reviews in line with regulatory requirements. Perform PEP, sanctions, adverse media, and background screening. Assess client risk profiles and classify clients based on risk level. Review client documentation, source of funds, and source of wealth where required. Identify and escalate suspicious activity, red flags, and high-risk cases. Conduct periodic KYC reviews and ensure client records remain accurate and up to date. Maintain complete and accurate onboarding records and audit trails. Work closely with Compliance, Sales, and Operations to resolve onboarding issues.<br>Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, Compliance, or a related field.
