Qualifications & Experience

<li>3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a related HR role.</li>
<li>Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.</li>
<li>Exposure to Assessment Centers, psychometric tools, or structured assessment methodologies is a must.</li>
<li>Good knowledge of competency-based interviewing and behavioral assessment techniques.</li>
<li>Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment reporting.</li>
<li>Strong stakeholder management, communication, planning, and organizational skills.</li>
