When a company hires, pays, and manages talent across 100+ countries, the complexity is enormous. Agentic AI is how we make that complexity disappear: assistants that answer compliance questions, draft contracts, resolve support tickets, and take action on a user's behalf — for thousands of customers and the internal teams who serve them.<br><br>We're looking for a hands-on Product Manager to own and drive Deel's AI assistants across both internal-facing (employee and agent productivity) and external-facing (customer) surfaces. You'll lead an ambitious team of engineers, designers, and data scientists building products on the frontier of what LLMs can do — and you'll do it in a space that's changing weekly. Be hands-on with the technology: prototype with LLM APIs, design tool-calling and agent workflows, write and run evals, and dig into traces and failure modes yourself rather than handing it all off. Define what "good" looks like and build the evaluation systems to measure it — accuracy, latency, cost, safety, and task-completion rates — and use them to drive iteration. Drive a team of ambitious engineers, designers, and data scientists, setting direction and maintaining momentum without turning the team into a process-heavy machine. Stay at the frontier — continuously absorb new model capabilities, SDKs, and techniques (new model releases, agent frameworks, retrieval methods) and translate them into product bets ahead of the curve. Move fast and pivot fast — ship MVPs, learn from real usage, and kill or redirect work decisively when the data or the technology shifts. Partner deeply with engineering, design, data science, support, legal, and GTM teams to ship both robust backend agent systems and polished frontend experiences. Balance internal efficiency (agent and employee productivity) with external delight (customer-facing assistants), ensuring quality on both.<br><br>You'll Be a Great Fit If You<br><br>Have 6+ years of product management experience, with significant time(2+ years) owning AI-powered or technically complex products end to end. Have hands-on experience building AI assistants or agents — not just specifying them — including direct work with LLM APIs. Have built on Open AI APIs (Chat Completions, Responses) and/or the Anthropic / Claude Agent SDK, or comparable agentic tooling. This is a strong plus. Understand evals deeply — how to design them, what to measure, and how to use them to drive product quality and model selection. Understand LLM capabilities and limitations: prompting, tool use / function calling, RAG and retrieval, latency/cost tradeoffs, and where models fail. Are relentlessly curious and always learning — you keep up with a field that moves weekly and treat that pace as energizing, not exhausting. Are comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration — you'd rather ship, measure, and adjust than wait for a perfect plan. Can drive an ambitious cross-functional team, turning chaos into clarity and keeping execution sharp through lightweight agile practices. Are an excellent communicator — clear, persuasive, and able to align engineers, designers, data scientists, and stakeholders around a shared bet. Position Purpose</strong></p><br><p>The Lead Testing &amp; Commissioning Engineer shall lead the complete pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, performance testing and handover of the Project. The primary process package is the instrument air and plant air compressor system; however, successful commissioning depends on extensive integration with electrical power systems, instrumentation, package PLC, DCS/ESD/F&amp;G, mechanical and piping systems, utilities, brownfield tie-ins and offshore operations. The role is therefore multidisciplinary and shall coordinate all relevant disciplines, OEMs, subcontractors and Company representatives to achieve safe and timely system start-up.</p><br><p><strong>2. Lead ongoing improvements in workflows, playbooks, standard responses, training, quality assurance, and reporting. Partner with People Service Excellence and other stakeholders to simplify processes, remove friction, and improve end-to-end employee and manager experiences. Ensure effective controls, compliance, documentation standards, and data privacy practices are embedded across service operations. <br><br>Lead through insight, stakeholder partnership, and change<br><br>Act as the senior People Services contact for service performance, priorities, risks, and transformation opportunities. Provide regular insight and reporting to People leaders on service trends, root causes, organizational pain points, and improvement opportunities. Partner with Communications and relevant People teams to coordinate messaging around policy changes, process updates, and new tools or services. Support broader People transformation by bringing an employee-service lens to operating model design, simplification, and capability building across the function. <br><br>What You’ll Need To Succeed<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Operations, Law, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. Typically, 10+ years of relevant experience across HR shared services, employee services, People operations, employee relations, HRBP, service delivery, or related functions, including significant leadership experience. Demonstrated experience leading managers and/or multiple service teams in a complex, matrixed, and fast-paced environment. Strong experience running a service or support function with clear accountability for quality, responsiveness, service design, and stakeholder experience. Strong understanding of multi-tier service delivery models, including Tier 0 / self-service, Tier 1 support, and specialist / Tier 2 case management.
