Are you a confident, client facing seller who thrives on managing relationships from the first meeting through to project delivery?
A specialist design and supply company works with private clients, interior designers, contractors and developers across the UAE, delivering high end residential, hospitality and commercial projects. They source product from a global supplier network and are known in their market for two things: they never charge for design work, and they stay involved on site through delivery and installation rather than stepping away once the order is placed. Coming into a strong growth period, they are bringing in a dedicated salesperson for this division, a role that has until now been covered internally by the leadership team.
This is not a purely technical role. You do not need specific product experience to succeed here, the team will teach you what you need. What matters is that you can hold a room, manage existing accounts properly, and go out and bring in new business, whether your background is lighting, interior fit out, or a related specification led product.
What's in it for you:A genuinely blank canvas, you would be the first salesperson this division has had Direct access to and mentorship from senior leadership, both experienced industry sellers An established client base to service from day one, alongside the freedom to build new business on top of it Base salary starting from AED 20,000 per month, negotiable based on experience, plus commission on the gross profit of every delivered project What you'll be doing:Managing and growing an existing portfolio of contractor, developer and private client relationships Identifying and closing new business across residential, hospitality and commercial projects Presenting design and product proposals to clients, contractors and interior designers Coordinating with the design and procurement team to bring proposals from concept to signed purchase order Staying involved post sale, working with the project and installation teams through to delivery What we need:A proven track record in a client facing sales or account management role, ideally with exposure to project based or specification led selling Existing relationships across contractors, developers or interior designers in the UAE are a strong advantage, though not essential Confidence managing long sales cycles, projects typically run eight to twelve weeks from purchase order to delivery A genuine willingness to learn the product and technical side on the job Comfort working in a fast paced, hands on business where client demands can be immediate
If you want to build a sales function from scratch rather than inherit someone else's book, we would like to hear from you.
Are you a relationship driven seller who can rebuild a client facing function almost from the ground up?
A specialist design, supply and installation company works with main contractors and federal clients across the UAE on wood, carpet, carpet tile and vinyl flooring, including specialist marine, oil and gas projects. Part of a wider group with a decade of track record in the region, this division has grown quickly but lost its senior commercial lead earlier this year, leaving the business ready to properly rebuild its account management and new business function. Like its sister division, the company never charges for design work and stays involved through installation and after, offering warranties and hands on project support long after the material is delivered. This is a rebuilding role rather than a maintenance one. You would inherit an existing set of client accounts that have been under served since the last hire left, alongside real scope to bring in new business and eventually build out a team under you.
What's in it for you:The chance to properly rebuild and own a function that has been without dedicated leadership for months A path to building your own team, a second account manager is on the table once new business justifies it An existing client base and group track record to sell from immediately Base salary starting from AED 20,000 per month, negotiable based on experience, plus commission on the gross profit of every delivered project What you'll be doing:Re-engaging and managing an existing portfolio of main contractor and federal client accounts Identifying and winning new flooring projects across commercial, residential and specialist marine or oil and gas sectors Presenting proposals and material options to contractors, clients and project teams Working with the design and procurement team to move projects from proposal to purchase order Staying on site and involved through installation, coordinating with project managers and the installation team through to sign off What we need:A proven track record in business development or account management, ideally within construction, interiors, materials or a related project based industry Existing relationships with main contractors or federal clients in the UAE are a strong advantage, though not essential Comfort managing long sales cycles, projects typically run eight to twelve weeks from purchase order to delivery Genuine willingness to learn flooring product knowledge on the job, prior flooring experience is not required Resilience and adaptability for a fast moving, hands on business If you want to build something rather than manage a status quo, we would like to hear from you.

Are you a full cycle Saa S sales professional who can walk into a room, diagnose what a retailer actually needs, and take the deal all the way from first outreach to close?
A fast growing unified commerce platform is scaling its Middle East and Africa presence from a young, high energy Dubai base. The company solves for online, in store and marketplace selling in one connected system rather than the fragmented tools most retailers juggle today, and counts major regional and international retail names among its customers. Having opened its first international office in Dubai in early 2025, the business is now backing its next phase of growth with a founding commercial hire who can help build out the region.
This is not a role where you specialise in pitching a single product. You will need to genuinely understand a broad, modular platform and consult with clients to figure out which parts actually solve their problem, sometimes that means the conversation ends somewhere completely different from where it started.
What's in it for you:A genuine founding seat in a region the company is actively investing in and prioritising for growth Full ownership of your funnel with no rigid handoffs between outreach, closing and account management Direct, close working relationships with regional leadership and global headquarters15-25K AED with strong earning upside through uncapped commission on revenue generated. What you'll be doing:Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through to demo, negotiation and close across UAE and potentially Saudi Arabia Building consultative relationships with retail and e-commerce decision makers to properly diagnose their needs Working across a wide, modular product suite rather than a single point solution Collaborating closely with the regional team and global headquarters to keep delivery and expectations aligned Owning client relationships post sale to ensure retention and growth What we need:6-8 of full cycle Saa S sales experience, ideally from platforms operating in martech, supply chain or enterprise retail technology A track record of personally building pipeline and closing deals, with existing relationships in the UAE or Saudi retail and e-commerce market that you can bring to the table Comfort learning fast and working across multiple products rather than one narrow specialism Resilience and self direction, this is a hands on, fast moving environment without a classroom style onboarding
If you want to help build a region from the ground up rather than inherit someone else's playbook, we would like to hear from you.
About the Firm
Our client is a well-established, independently owned External Asset Manager headquartered in the DIFC, with a long-standing track record of serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families across the GCC, wider MENA region, and international markets. The firm operates on an open-architecture, multi-custodian model, giving clients access to a broad universe of investment products and banking partners while preserving true independence of advice. Backed by a stable ownership structure, a strong regulatory standing, and a senior team drawn from leading global private banks, the firm has built a reputation for discretion, continuity, and long-term client relationships spanning generations.
The Opportunity The firm is looking to hire a Senior Private Banker / Relationship Manager who can bring and transition a portable book of business of at least USD 100 million in client assets. This is a rare opportunity for an established banker to move into an independent, entrepreneurial platform that offers greater economics, product flexibility, and client-first positioning than a traditional bank, while retaining the infrastructure, compliance support, and multi-custodian access needed to service a sophisticated HNW/UHNW client base.
Key Responsibilities Transition and onboard an existing portable book of USD 100 million or more in client assets under management, ensuring a smooth and compliant transfer of relationships. Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of HNW/UHNW individuals and families, delivering holistic wealth management advice across investments, credit, structuring, and estate planning needs. Grow assets under management through deepening existing client relationships and generating new business via referrals and personal network. Work with the firm's investment advisory, product, and structuring specialists to build tailored, multi-custodian portfolio solutions aligned to each client's risk profile and objectives. Maintain a strong understanding of global markets, asset classes, and alternative investments to provide clients with informed, independent advice. Ensure full adherence to DFSA regulatory requirements, KYC/AML standards, and the firm's internal risk and compliance policies at all times. Represent the firm professionally in the market, contributing to its reputation for discretion, integrity, and long-term client stewardship.
Candidate Profile A portable book of business of USD 100 million or more in client AUM, with demonstrable client loyalty and a track record of retention. A minimum of 8–12 years' experience in private banking, wealth management, or relationship management, ideally gained at a leading international private bank, EAM, or family office. Strong technical knowledge across investment products, credit solutions, and wealth structuring, with the ability to advise across a full balance sheet. A track record of achieving or exceeding AUM growth and revenue targets.
What's on Offer A competitive fixed base salary complemented by a highly attractive, transparent payout structure on managed assets and revenue — materially more favourable than typical bank economics. The role offers genuine autonomy, an open-architecture product shelf, full operational and compliance support, and a clear path to equity or partnership for bankers who demonstrate sustained performance. Exact terms are structured individually and are negotiable based on the size and quality of the book being transitioned.
This mandate is being handled on a confidential and retained basis.
