· Maintain electrical systems for conveyors, vibrating screens, feeders, crushers where applicable, rotary equipment, dust collection units, air compressors, and plant utility systems.

· Install, terminate, test, and commission electrical wiring, panels, lighting, and plant equipment in accordance with approved procedures.

The successful candidate will work closely with Revenue Management, Commercial, Operations, Data Science, and Technology teams to deliver data-driven solutions that improve forecasting accuracy, revenue optimization, reporting, and business decision-making. The role requires a strong combination of business analysis, product ownership, data analytics, SQL, data warehousing, ETL, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and product backlog. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements. Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives. Drive improvements in revenue forecasting, optimization, analytics, and reporting. Analyze business and operational data using SQL and relational databases to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. Work with data engineering teams on data warehousing, ETL processes, data integration, and API integration. Define and monitor KPIs and performance metrics to support commercial decision-making. Support the development and enhancement of dashboards, analytics solutions, and self-service reporting capabilities. Ensure successful UAT, release management, deployment, and user adoption. Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with Data Science teams on predictive analytics, AI/ML, forecasting, and optimization initiatives. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions. Drive continuous improvement through data, analytics, automation, and Agile delivery practices.
