. Job Purpose Provide reliable, responsive and secure day-to-day IT support across GJ Properties. The role is responsible for end-user support, user onboarding and access, office technology, network connectivity, telephony, business applications, meeting-room systems, digital displays and assigned physical-security/low-voltage systems. The IT Support Engineer acts as the first point of technical support, resolves issues within agreed service levels and escalates infrastructure, application or vendor issues when required.2. Key Responsibilities A. Service Desk & End-User Support· Provide Level 1 and Level 2 onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, operating systems, corporate email, browsers, printers, scanners, peripherals and approved business applications.· Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, driver, connectivity and user-profile issues; escalate unresolved or high-impact incidents with clear technical findings.· Perform daily operational readiness checks for critical office technology, including designated PCs, meeting rooms, TVs/displays, sound systems, token/queue systems and other business-critical devices.· Prioritize urgent executive, boardroom and operational incidents to minimize business disruption and keep the Head of IT informed of critical issues and restoration status.· Maintain service records, troubleshooting notes and incident status so recurring issues can be identified and permanently addressed.
