<ol><li><p>Supervise the daily security operations to ensure the safety and security of employees, visitors, company assets, and facilities.</p></li><li><p>Prepare security duty rosters, manage shift schedules, and supervise the performance of security guards.</p></li><li><p>Monitor CCTV systems, conduct routine patrols, and ensure restricted areas remain secure.</p></li><li><p>Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, fire alarms, medical situations, and other safety-related events.</p></li><li><p>Prepare incident reports, investigation reports, and other security documentation, and maintain accurate security records.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate visitor access, contractor entry, and security arrangements for company events and special activities.</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify security vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with company security policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with government authorities, emergency services, and internal departments on security-related matters when required.</p></li><li><p>Maintain records of security equipment, keys, and access control systems, and coordinate procurement or replacement when necessary.</p></li><li><p>Train, coach, and evaluate security personnel to ensure high standards of performance and professionalism.</p></li><li><p>Investigate security breaches, policy violations, and non-compliance, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.</p></li><li><p>Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen security operations and ensure a safe working environment.</p></li><li><p>Perform any other duties assigned by the Administration Manager.</p></li></ol><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Security Management, Business Administration or a related field.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 5 years of experience in security operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.</p></li><li><p>Experience within a manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or large corporate environment is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of CCTV systems, access control systems, emergency response procedures, and security operations.</p></li><li><p>Experience supervising and managing security personnel and coordinating shift schedules.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with UAE security regulations and health and safety requirements is an advantage.</p></li></ul>
