<p>We are seeking a highly practical and hands-on Mechanical Design Engineer who thrives on turning concepts into manufacturable products. Job Summary
<p>The Operations Specialist is responsible for the roadside assistance, repair, exterior maintenance, and cleaning of the company's autonomous delivery vehicles/robots. The role ensures that vehicles experiencing breakdowns or issues in the field are promptly attended to and restored to service, and that the fleet is consistently maintained in good working and presentable condition.</p><br>
Key Responsibilities
<p><strong>1. Roadside Assistance</strong></p><br>
<ul><li>Respond promptly to breakdown, malfunction, or stranded-vehicle alerts in the field.</li><li>Travel to the vehicle's location to perform on-site diagnosis and basic troubleshooting.</li><li>Coordinate recovery/towing of the vehicle to a service point when on-site repair is not possible.</li><li>Keep the operations team updated on incident status and expected resolution time.</li></ul>

<p><strong>3. Exterior Maintenance & Coating</strong></p><br>
<ul><li>Carry out exterior upkeep of vehicles, including body condition checks, minor touch-ups, and coating/wrap maintenance.</li><li>Identify and report damage (scratches, dents, wrap/decal wear) and coordinate repair or replacement as needed.</li><li>Ensure vehicles meet the company's visual/brand presentation standards.</li></ul>
<p><strong>4. Cleaning</strong></p><br>
<ul><li>Perform regular interior and exterior cleaning of delivery vehicles/robots.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness standards in line with company SOPs, especially for customer-facing units.</li><li>Report any cleaning-related issues (e.g., damage found during cleaning) to the relevant team.</li></ul>
<p><strong>5. Reporting & Coordination</strong></p><br>

<p><span><span>Manage and strengthen relationships with assigned investors, commercial partners, and external stakeholders by serving as the primary relationship and coordination point for communications, commercial deliverables, operational matters, and issue resolution. Ensure effective stakeholder engagement, accurate and timely information exchange, cross-functional coordination, and appropriate management of commitments, risks, and outstanding matters to enhance stakeholder satisfaction and support the achievement of Mada Media’s commercial objectives.</span></span></p><br><br><p><span><span>1.</span><span>Key Accountabilities</span></span></p><br><br><p><span><span>-</span></span><span><span>Manage relationships with assigned investors, commercial partners, and external stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day relationship and commercial coordination matters.</span></span></p><br><br><p><span><span>-</span></span><span><span>Build and maintain strong, professional, and trust-based relationships with assigned stakeholders to strengthen engagement, stakeholder satisfaction, and long-term commercial relationships.</span></span></p><br><br><p><span><span>-</span></span><span><span>Lead assigned investor and stakeholder meetings, ensuring effective preparation, accurate communication of relevant updates, requirements and timelines, and timely follow-up on agreed actions.</span></span></p><br><br><p><span><span>-</span></span><span><span>Manage formal stakeholder communications, notices, updates, and information requests, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery in coordination with relevant internal stakeholders.</span></span></p><br><br><p><span><span>-</span></span><span><span>Coordinate the resolution of stakeholder enquiries, concerns, escalations, and operational matters with relevant internal business units, driving timely follow-up and closure.</span></span></p><br><br><p><span><span>-</span></span><span><span>Identify and assess stakeholder concerns, recurring issues, service gaps, relationship risks, and delays, and drive resolution or escalate material matters through the appropriate governance channels.</span></span></p><br><br><p><span><span>-</span></span><span><span>Monitor assigned stakeholder commitments, outstanding actions, and commercial deliverables, ensuring timely completion and appropriate escalation of delays, exceptions, or contractual concerns.</span></span></p><br><br><p><span><span>-</span></span><span><span>Coordinate with relevant internal functions, including Commercial Affairs, Engineering Support, Contracts & Procurement, Finance & Treasury, Legal, and other relevant business units to ensure accurate information flow and effective delivery of stakeholder requirements.</span></span></p><br><br><p><span><span>-</span></span><span><span>Analyze stakeholder feedback, relationship trends, recurring issues, and engagement outcomes and provide recommendations to improve stakeholder satisfaction, coordination, and service delivery.</span></span></p><br><br><p><span><span>-</span></span><span><span>Prepare stakeholder briefs, presentations, meeting materials, status updates, and periodic relationship management reports, providing management with visibility on key matters, outstanding actions, risks, and required interventions.</span></span></p><br><br><p><span><span>-</span></span><span><span>Maintain oversight of stakeholder information, interactions, commitments, approvals, agreements, and supporting documentation within approved CRM systems, registers, and trackers to ensure completeness and data accuracy.</span></span></p><br><br><p><span><span>-</span></span><span><span>Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen stakeholder relationships, enhance engagement, and support the development of mutually beneficial commercial opportunities in coordination with relevant internal teams.</span></span></p><br><br><p><span><span>-</span></span><span><span>Support the continuous improvement of relationship management practices, stakeholder communication protocols, CRM processes, and engagement mechanisms based on operational experience and stakeholder feedback.</span></span></p><br><br><p><span><span>-</span></span><span><span>Ensure relationship management activities and stakeholder communications are conducted in accordance with approved policies, processes, Delegation of Authority, contractual requirements, and applicable governance protocols.</span></span></p><br><br><p><span><span>-</span></span><span><span>Represent Mada Media professionally in meetings and engagements with assigned investors, commercial partners, government entities, and other external stakeholders.</span></span></p><br><br><p><span><span>-</span></span><span><span>Perform any other tasks related to the nature of work as mandated or directed by the line manager.</span></span></p><br><br> <p><span><span>-</span><span>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related discipline with a (5-7) years of relevant experience</span><span>in relationship management, account management, stakeholder management, investor relations, commercial operations, or a related field.</span></span></p><br><p><span><span>-</span><span>Professional certification in Relationship Management, Customer Experience, Account Management, or a related field is
