16. Forecast and plan the coming months’ targets and assist the category teams in cascading of targets to the sales representatives<br>

translating Huda Beauty’s global IT strategy into operational reality.<br> Reporting directly to the VP of Technology, this role owns the execution of enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, Responsibilities : Global Infrastructure & Cloud Operations Own the day-to-day management and strategic evolution of the global Microsoft technology ecosystem including Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and endpoint management, supporting both Windows and macOS environments globally.<br> Ensure highly available, secure, and scalable technology services across all regions.<br> Experience managing enterprise storage platforms, NAS environments, cloud storage architectures and infrastructure supporting large-scale media and digital asset workflows.<br> Own the execution of the global Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) strategy, partnering with the VP of Technology to ensure critical services, data, and operations can be recovered within agreed business objectives.<br> Contribute to defining and own the maintenance of enterprise infrastructure, cloud, security, and workplace technology standards and roadmaps.<br> Drive standardization and simplification across the technology landscape.<br> Cybersecurity & Risk Management Own the execution of the global cybersecurity strategy and security operations framework, translating VP-level vulnerability management, threat detection, incident response, and security governance.<br> Maintain security policies, standards, and controls aligned with industry best practices.<br> Partner with
