The Team
<p>We are a global, independent, multi-disciplinary consultancy delivering sustainable engineering and design solutions across the built environment. With over 1,200 engineers and designers across 29 locations, we apply our expertise to local market conditions to deliver resilient, low-carbon engineering solutions. We are 100% partner-owned and are proud to have been named Building Magazine’s Engineering Consultant of the Year in 2024, 2022, and 2021.</p><br> <p>Our data centre team has been leading mission-critical design since 2006, delivering over 2,000MW of capacity globally. You will not be expected to do this in isolation: you will have the support, guidance and technical depth of both the regional leadership team and our global network of sector experts.</p><br> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p><br> <p>- Establish and grow the data centre business unit in Dubai as a regional platform serving the MENA market.</p><br>
<p>- Develop a clear regional growth plan, including target markets, priority clients, strategic partners, pipeline opportunities and sector positioning.</p><br>
<p>- Lead work winning activity, including client mapping, opportunity development, bid strategy, proposal leadership, fee development and commercial negotiation.</p><br>
<p>- Act as a senior client-facing representative for the data centre sector, building long-term relationships with developers, operators, hyperscale clients, investors, contractors and delivery partners.</p><br>
<p>- Lead multidisciplinary design delivery on data centre projects, ensuring solutions are technically robust, coordinated, buildable, resilient, sustainable and aligned with client requirements.</p><br>
<p>- Own project delivery governance, including programme, resourcing, risk management, change control, commercial performance, reporting and stakeholder communication.</p><br>
<p>- Implement and maintain rigorous QA/QC processes, including design reviews, technical approvals, interdisciplinary checks, lessons learned and compliance with relevant standards, codes and Cundall procedures.</p><br>
<p>- Recruit, mentor and develop engineers and technical specialists, creating a high-performing team culture that supports growth, accountability and collaboration across the region.</p><br>
The Skills
<p>You will be a Chartered Engineer, or working towards equivalent professional recognition, educated to degree level in a relevant engineering discipline. You will bring significant consultancy experience, with a proven track record in data centre, mission-critical, high-technology or similarly complex MEP-led projects.</p><br> <p>The role requires someone who can operate as both a sector leader and a delivery lead: commercially aware, technically credible, highly organised, and confident engaging with senior clients, project teams and regional leadership.</p><br> <p>You will have demonstrable experience developing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, shaping winning proposals and converting prospects into live commissions. You will also understand how to build delivery teams, set expectations, manage resources and maintain strong commercial performance across multiple concurrent projects.</p><br> <p>Technically, you will be able to lead and review design outputs, manage multidisciplinary coordination, chair project and design reviews, oversee specifications and reports, and ensure that QA/QC procedures are applied consistently. You will be comfortable balancing hands-on technical input with strategic leadership, business development and team management responsibilities.</p><br> <p>Job Description </p><br> <p>Your career at Cundall - Critical systems - Publications - Cundall</p><br> <p> <strong>We know that to be the best at what we do we need a diverse workforce underpinned by an inclusive culture. Elevare Management Consultancy is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Marketing Operations to lead and manage the marketing function for a major client group operating primarily in the real estate development sector.
This is a senior operational leadership role for someone who can take ownership of the department, manage an existing team, improve systems and ensure marketing activity directly supports lead generation, sales outcomes and business growth.
The successful candidate will initially focus on commercial real estate development projects, including project launches, branding, digital campaigns, CRM workflows, lead management and sales support. Over time, the role is expected to develop and expand into other areas of the business.

Lead and manage the day to day operation of the marketing department
Coordinate an existing team across social media, CRM, AI automation, chatbot management, website coordination and graphic design
Direct freelancers and external platforms engaged for video and image content, ensuring output aligns with brand and campaign requirements
Set clear priorities, deadlines, responsibilities and performance expectations
Develop and manage marketing strategies for real estate development projects from initial planning stage through to completion

Partner with the sales team to improve lead quality, response times, sales materials and conversion opportunities
Review campaign performance, lead sources, cost per lead, conversion data and marketing ROI
Prepare clear reports and recommendations for senior management
Support future marketing activity as the role develops into other areas of the business
Bring structure, accountability and commercial discipline to an existing team of skilled specialists
The Existing Team
The company already has a team of people in place across social media, CRM, AI automation, website management and graphic design. The Head of Marketing Operations will be responsible for leading and coordinating these team members.
The ideal candidate will be able to work respectfully with people who are important to the business, recognise their strengths and ensure their work is properly directed, prioritised and aligned with commercial objectives.
This role requires someone who can manage people, not just campaigns.</p><p>Experience Required
7–10+ years of marketing experience, ideally across real estate development, property marketing, investment, technology, professional services or other high value commercial sectors
Proven experience leading a marketing department, marketing operations function or multidisciplinary marketing team
Strong background in lead generation, CRM workflows, digital marketing, campaign management and sales enablement
Experience managing property launches, commercial development campaigns or integrated marketing campaigns is highly regarded

Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, email marketing, SMS marketing and performance marketing
Ability to review marketing copy, creative assets, campaign strategy and digital performance with a strong commercial eye
Strong leadership, communication, organisation and project management skills
Ability to create structure, improve processes and hold team members accountable
Data driven approach to marketing performance and decision making
Language and Communication Requirements
Native English speaker strongly preferred; candidates with exceptional written and spoken English fluency will also be considered
Must be able to write, review and approve high quality marketing copy, investor communications, sales materials, CRM messages, email campaigns and presentations in English
Must be confident liaising with senior management, sales teams, clients, agencies and external stakeholders

Reference checks will be undertaken before appointment, with particular focus on leadership capability, reliability, commercial judgement, communication skills, team management and ability to deliver measurable outcomes.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a strong marketing operator who can step into an existing team and provide leadership.
They will be proactive, commercially focused and comfortable moving between strategy and detail. They will understand that marketing does not end when a campaign is launched or a lead is generated. Their responsibility is to ensure the full marketing and lead management process works efficiently from enquiry through to conversion.
This role is suited to someone who wants to build, lead and improve a department - not simply contribute content to it</p>
