Construction Manager (Mechanical)<br>Are you a seasoned Mechanical Construction professional with extensive experience delivering complex Oil & Gas EPC projects? We are seeking an accomplished Construction Manager (Mechanical) to lead and oversee large-scale construction activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution from construction through pre-commissioning.<br>YOUR ROLE<br>As Construction Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all mechanical construction activities across major EPC projects. Monitor productivity and ensure achievement of project milestones. Construction Management & Site Supervision Lead and manage all mechanical construction activities, including: Rotating equipment erection, Static equipment installation, Process piping fabrication and installation, Structural steel erection, Pressure testing, Pre-commissioning activities. Direct field engineers, supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient execution. Ensure compliance with project schedules, quality standards, and client requirements. Quality Assurance & Control Ensure all mechanical works comply with project specifications and international standards. Coordinate inspections, hydrotests, audits, and approvals with QA/QC teams. Review and approve Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and quality documentation. HSE Leadership Promote a strong safety culture across construction sites. Conduct risk assessments and participate in safety audits. Enforce Permit-to-Work systems and ensure compliance with company and regulatory HSE requirements. Budget & Resource Management Monitor construction costs, workforce productivity, and material utilization. Support cost-control initiatives and resource optimization. Work closely with Procurement and Finance teams to maintain project budgets and resource availability. Risk Management & Problem Solving Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Resolve technical and site execution challenges while minimizing delays and cost impacts. Analyze and document lessons learned to drive continuous improvement. Stakeholder Management & Reporting Serve as the primary site interface between clients, contractors, consultants, and project leadership. Prepare regular progress reports covering schedule performance, costs, quality, and HSE metrics. Maintain effective communication across all project stakeholders. Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and develop construction teams. Foster a high-performance culture focused on safety, quality, and collaboration. Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development initiatives.<br>WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR<br>Experience Must have at least 15 years experience in Oil & Gas EPC construction projects. Minimum 5 years in a senior supervisory or managerial position. Strong background in: Rotating equipment erection, Static equipment installation, Process piping systems, Structural steel erection, Pressure testing, Pre-commissioning and mechanical completion activities<br>Education and Certifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Master's Degree is an advantage. PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification preferred. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Engineering Product Lead – Trading Platforms to lead the product direction, technical delivery and ongoing evolution of our trading platform ecosystem. This is a senior leadership role sitting at the intersection of Product, Engineering and Trading. The successful candidate will combine deep knowledge of electronic trading and brokerage technology with strong product leadership and the ability to work closely with engineering teams to translate complex business and trading requirements into scalable, resilient and commercially successful technology solutions.<br>The role will take ownership of the product roadmap across key components of the trading ecosystem, including trading platforms, pricing and execution, order management, trading middleware, APIs, FIX connectivity and market infrastructure.<br>Key Responsibilities Product & Platform Leadership Define and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the organisation’s trading platforms and associated technology ecosystem.
