We are looking for an experienced Property Administrator to join our Real Estate team. The ideal candidate should have minimum 3 years of relevant administrative experience within the UAE real estate industry, with strong knowledge of property management, leasing administration, tenant relations, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of buildings, villas, and other properties, ensuring that properties and their facilities are well-maintained, properly managed, and compliant with established standards.<br>Key Responsibilities Assist the Property Manager and Real Estate Management team in preparing operating cost escalations. Prepare and issue leasing contracts and Ejari registrations. Collect and process Ejari-related payments. Send tenancy renewal notifications and hard-copy letters 90 days prior to lease expiry. Receive, coordinate, and report tenant and client requests to management. Coordinate with external professional brokers to ensure properties are leased within the targeted vacancy period. Monitor the appropriate use of common facilities and ensure they are utilized by authorized tenants and residents. Act as the primary point of contact between tenants and the maintenance team. Follow up on maintenance requests and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner. Ensure maintenance teams properly clean and restore areas after completing repair works.
