Position Title - Projects Engineer – Fitout <br>Job Summary The Project Engineer – Fitout is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising interior fitout works to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards. The role requires close coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.<br><br>Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and monitor fitout projects from commencement to handover. Our client has built an excellent reputation for delivering large-scale projects across the UAE, with a portfolio spanning high-rise residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.<br>Due to continued project awards and business growth, they are looking to strengthen their pre-construction team with an Estimating Manager who can lead the estimating function, develop competitive commercial strategies, and play a key role in securing future projects.<br>Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation and submission of accurate and competitive tenders for major construction projects. Manage the estimating team throughout the tender process. Review tender documentation, specifications, drawings, and contract requirements. Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and pricing strategies. Source and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers. Identify project risks and value engineering opportunities. Coordinate with commercial, procurement, engineering, and project delivery teams during bid preparation.
