The successful candidate will provide timely, high-quality medical care to patients presenting with acute illnesses, injuries, and medical emergencies. The physician will be responsible for rapid assessment, diagnosis, stabilization, treatment, and appropriate disposition of emergency patients. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and manage patients presenting to the Emergency Department with a wide range of acute medical and surgical conditions. Perform timely medical assessments, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations. Initiate appropriate emergency treatment and stabilization for critically ill or injured patients. Order and interpret laboratory investigations, imaging, ECGs, and other diagnostic tests. Manage medical emergencies, trauma, cardiac emergencies, respiratory emergencies, and other acute conditions. JOB PURPOSE The Senior Procurement Lead – Civil will take ownership of the procurement function for a luxury hotel project, combining strong civil engineering knowledge with advanced sourcing, negotiation, and cost-control expertise. <h2 class="h5">وصف الوظيفة</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> عن الوظيفة قيادة وتنفيذ أنشطة هندسة المشروع عبر كامل دورة حياة المشروع - من المفهوم إلى الهندسة، البناء، التشغيل، والتسليم - مع ضمان الالتزام بتسليم يتوافق مع متطلبات السلامة والجودة والجدول الزمني والتكلفة وعملية ضمان القيمة (VAP). يتطلب الدور تنسيقاً قوياً مع تخصصات الهندسة والهندسة المركزية والمتعهدين والمرخِّصين والبائعين وفرق العمليات لضمان الامتثال الفني وتنفيذ المشروع بفعالية والتسليم في الوقت المحدد. المسؤوليات الأساسية هندسة المشاريع وتنفيذها <ul><li>قيادة ودعم تنفيذ المشاريع عبر مراحل FEED والهندسة التفصيلية والبناء والتشغيل</li><li>تطوير ومراجعة بيانات المتطلبات (SOR) واستراتيجيات تنفيذ المشروع</li><li>دعم إعداد وثائق المناقصات وتقييم الاستشاريين وPMC ومقاولي EPC</li><li>مراجعة تسليمات الهندسة من المقاول ومنهجيات البناء وخطط التنفيذ</li><li>مراقبة تقدم المشروع وتحديد الاختناقات مع توصيات إجراءات تصحيحية</li><li>قيادة تحليل قيمة الهندسة ومراجعات القابلية للبناء وورش العمل الفنية</li></ul>إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والواجهات <ul><li>التنسيق مع الهندسة والعمليات والمرخِّصين والمقاولين والبائعين والجهات الخارجية</li><li>المشاركة في اجتماعات المشروع ومراجعات التصميم وجلسات تتبع التقدم</li><li>ضمان الاتساق بين أصحاب المصلحة متعددين التخصصات لتنفيذ فعال للمشروع</li></ul>التحكم في المشروع والعقود والتكلفة <ul><li>مراقبة أداء المقاول والتكاليف والفواتير بالتنسيق مع وظائف التحكم في التكلفة</li><li>تقييم مطالبات المقاول ودعم التفاوض وإغلاق العقد</li><li>تتبع التغييرات والمخاطر والاتجاهات التي تؤثر على التكلفة والجدول الزمني</li></ul>المخاطر والجودة والامتثال <ul><li>إجراء تحليل المخاطر ومراجعات HSE للمشروع (PHSER) ومراجعات ATR وفق إجراءات ADNOC</li><li>ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الهندسة والمتطلبات السلامة وجودة الأداء</li><li>مراجعة خطط تدقيق السلامة في الموقع وضمان تطبيقها بشكل صحيح على مستوى المشروع</li></ul>الإبلاغ والوثائق <ul><li>الحفاظ على وثائق المشروع والسجلات وتقارير الإنهاء والتسليمات الفنية</li><li>تقديم مدخلات لإعداد تقارير التقدم للمراجعة الإدارية</li></ul>البناء والتشغيل والتسليم <ul><li>تنسيق أنشطة ما قبل التشغيل وعمليات التشغيل مع المقاولين وفِرق العمليات</li><li>مراجعة إجراءات التشغيل والتجهيزات وخطط الاستعداد والوثائق</li><li>مراقبة إغلاق قائمة العيوب والتأكد من اكتمال المشروع قبل إصدار PAC</li><li>تسهيل تسليم المنشآت ودعم بدء التشغيل والاستعداد التشغيلي</li></ul>المتطلبات الدنيا <ul><li>درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة</li><li>خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في هندسة المشاريع في قطاع النفط والغاز</li><li>قدرة قوية على قيادة وإدارة أنشطة الهندسة متعددة التخصصات للمشاريع</li><li>سيطرة فعالة على تنفيذ المشروع والمقاولين والتسليمات الفنية</li><li>التعرف المسبق على مخاطر الهندسة والمشروع والتخفيف منها</li><li>الالتزام المستمر بـ ADNOC VAP والمعايير والحوكمة</li><li>تنسيق قوي بين الهندسة والمشاريع والعمليات</li></ul> </div>
