This role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities for cloud and software solutions, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The specialist will conduct product presentations and demonstrations, build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, and collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to design appropriate solutions. Daily responsibilities include preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, ensuring high-quality customer service, and achieving sales targets while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The role also involves staying current on product updates, market trends, and competitors to effectively position the company’s offerings.<br>The role will focus on solutions from Huawei Cloud, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, as well as enterprise software and other digital transformation solutions.<br>Key Responsibilities Drive sales of Cloud and Enterprise Software Solutions across the UAE market. Develop business for Huawei Cloud, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and other cloud technologies. Sell enterprise software solutions including Saa S, AI-enabled applications, workflow/document management, business applications and managed services. Identify new customers and build a strong self-generated sales pipeline across Government, Semi-Government and Enterprise accounts. Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting, qualification and technical discovery through proposal, negotiation and closure. Understand customer business and IT requirements and position appropriate software, cloud or hybrid solutions. Work closely with Pre-Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, Software Teams and Technology Partners to design customer solutions. Manage and respond to RFPs, RFQs, tenders and enterprise proposals. Develop cloud opportunities covering Iaa S, Paa S, Saa S, cloud migration, backup, disaster recovery (DR) and managed cloud services. Identify opportunities for AI, automation and digital transformation solutions within existing and new accounts. Cross-sell and upsell cloud and software solutions across the customer base. Build relationships with key decision-makers including CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, Procurement Teams and Business Heads. Coordinate with technology vendors and distributors for pricing, deal registration, solution design and commercial support. Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity pipelines and sales forecasts. Achieve assigned revenue, gross-profit and new-customer acquisition targets.<br>Candidate Requirements Minimum 5+ years of B2B IT, Cloud and Software Solution Sales experience in the UAE. Proven experience in enterprise software and cloud solution selling is mandatory. Experience selling Huawei Cloud, Google Cloud and/or Microsoft Azure solutions. Strong understanding of Iaa S, Paa S, Saa S and cloud migration. Working knowledge of AI solutions, backup, disaster recovery and managed services. Experience selling software solutions such as Saa S platforms, enterprise applications, workflow/document management, automation or other business software is highly desirable. Proven track record of selling to UAE Government, Semi-Government and Enterprise customers. Ability to conduct customer discovery and translate business requirements into technology solutions. Strong experience with consultative and solution-based selling, rather than purely hardware/product sales. Experience handling RFP/RFQ and tender opportunities. Existing UAE enterprise and government customer relationships will be a strong advantage.<br>Certifications At least one valid Cloud Certification is mandatory. Certifications from Huawei Cloud/ Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure are preferred. Candidates holding multi-cloud certifications will have a strong advantage.
