<p>A leading Group operating in the automotive and auto spare parts trading and distribution sector is looking for an experienced In-House SAP Implementation & Support Specialist to manage and support SAP operations across the Group.</p><br><p>The role will act as the in-house SAP resource, bridging business requirements and SAP solutions while supporting users across Sales, Warehouse, Finance and Procurement.</p><br><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Support the implementation, roll-out and configuration of SAP modules such as MM, SD and FI.</p></li><li><p>Provide first-line functional SAP support to end-users and resolve day-to-day issues and tickets.</p></li><li><p>Gather, understand and analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions or change requests.</p></li><li><p>Perform SAP system configuration, testing, data migration and validation for new processes.</p></li><li><p>Create and maintain user documentation, training materials and SOPs.</p></li><li><p>Conduct user training and promote SAP best practices across departments.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with external SAP consultants and implementation partners for escalations, enhancements and complex issues.</p></li><li><p>Monitor system performance, master data quality and system integrations.</p></li><li><p>Support periodic SAP upgrades and process improvements.</p></li><li><p>Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and increased SAP adoption.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with business teams to ensure SAP processes support operational requirements.</p><br></li></ul><p>Qualifications & Experience</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP experience in implementation, configuration and/or functional support.</p></li><li><p>Strong functional knowledge of at least one core SAP module: MM, SD or FI.</p></li><li><p>Experience supporting SAP users in a business environment.</p></li><li><p>Experience in trading, distribution, automotive or similar industries will be preferred.</p></li><li><p>SAP certification will be an advantage.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Strong understanding of business processes within trading and distribution environments.</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of SAP functional processes and troubleshooting.</p></li><li><p>Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.</p></li><li><p>Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into practical SAP solutions.</p></li><li><p>Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.</p></li><li><p>Strong user-training and stakeholder-management skills.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with reporting and master data management.</p></li><li><p>Basic ABAP awareness will be an advantage.</p></li><li><p>Good command of English.</p></li><li><p>Service-oriented approach with strong ownership and responsiveness.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with external SAP partners.</p><br></li></ul><p>Candidate Profile</p><p>The ideal candidate will be a hands-on SAP professional capable of independently handling day-to-day SAP support while also contributing to implementation, configuration and continuous improvement initiatives.</p><br><p>Candidates with experience in SAP MM, SD or FI, particularly within trading, distribution, automotive or spare-parts environments, will be preferred.</p><p>The candidate should be comfortable working directly with business users across Sales, Warehouse, Finance and Procurement and coordinating with external SAP consultants when required.</p>
