Significant experience in operations management, business operations, general management, or a related senior leadership position. Demonstrated experience managing multiple operational functions, departments, teams, projects, or business units. Strong knowledge of operational strategy, business processes, performance management, resource planning, cost control, and organizational development. Proven experience developing and implementing operational strategies, policies, procedures, KPIs, and performance-improvement programs. Strong financial understanding, including budgeting, forecasting, cost management, profitability analysis, and resource allocation.
