Master’s Degree in Facilities Management is preferred. Technical knowledge of FM standards and processes related to hard and soft services contracts. Minimum of 15 years of experience or above in the management and service delivery of structured Total Facilities Management contracts, including hard and soft services, with at least 8 years or above experience in a managerial role overseeing multiple contracts within a soft services portfolio. Proven experience managing a diverse range of facilities, including residential and commercial properties, warehouses, retail facilities, banking institutions, royal palaces, data centers, shopping malls, universities, schools, master communities, and similar environments. Strong understanding of commercial management and contractual P&L responsibilities. Possession of a valid driving license is mandatory. Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point, along with excellent report-writing skills. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
