<p><span>The Water Quality, Technician 1 will be assisting the Manager and Assistant Manager with the day-to-day operations of the Water Quality Department, focusing on the cleanliness, presentation, maintenance, and safe operation of swimming pools, water park pools, water features, slides, and rides. Support the planning and coordination of maintenance, cleaning, and operational activities, implementing measures to minimize disruption to guest and resort operations. Oversee Water Quality Technicians and contractors, ensuring all cleaning, maintenance, and project works are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards. Conduct regular inspections to ensure pools, slides, rides, water features, plant rooms, and associated areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and fully operational condition. Provide technical support and assist with problem-solving for escalated issues related to water quality, safety, and operations, while maintaining effective communication and coordination with other departments. Assist with team scheduling, contractor management, project planning, and leave administration to ensure adequate operational coverage, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional guest experience.</span></p><br> <br>

<li><span>Conduct routine inspections to identify cleanliness, safety, maintenance, or presentation issues and ensure corrective actions are completed promptly.</span> </li>
<li><span>Ensure the water park is clean, safe, and fully prepared for the next day's operation, with all attractions, pools, and guest areas meeting established operational and presentation standards.</span> </li>

<p><strong>Technical Requirements</strong></p><br>

<li>Understand instrumentation, its uses and its limitations, and its appropriate/suitable application as it applies to water treatment.</li>
<li>Understand and select fit for purpose/appropriate materials to the applied environment.</li>
<li>Understand FRP/PVC/HDPE and other typical industry materials. </li>
<li>Have a basic understanding of the use of energy, its consumption and possible efficiency improvements.</li>
<li>Be able to read and understand P&IDs, schematic drawings, PFD’s and other basic single-line diagrams. </li>
<li>Understand the concepts of business continuity.</li>
<li>Have a basic understanding of and appreciation of swimming pool systems and other display/water features and their non-biological systems.</li>
<li>Analyse/understand the need to pay close attention to water quality.</li>
<li>Assess the quality of the work provided by contractors both commercially and practically. </li>

<br> <p><strong>Job Purpose</strong></p><br><p><br>To supervise and manage Terminal Supply operational activities related to product receipt storage, distribution<br>and inventory levels of products in the concerned Terminals. Ensures that quality control and Work<br>Management system (WMS) requirements are always taken, and that appropriate documentation is in place for<br>the handling of product. Reviews and control inventory reconciliation process and ensure correct stock<br>statements generation. Ensures that product handling facilities comply with corporate standards and works with<br>maintenance team for proper repair and maintenance as and when required. Manages the Fire Fighting facilities<br>in the Terminal ensuring the system is in good operational condition and staff are trained to operate the system.<br>The Team leaders support overall performance and efficiency by developing and monitoring key performance<br>indicators (KPIs) throughout daily operations. They review and revise these KPIs based on many factors,<br>including order volume and personnel levels. Team leaders are responsible for ensuring that their teams<br>understand expectations and consistently meet or exceed KPIs, Annual Performance Management Contract<br>and the Balanced Score Card.</p><br><p><strong>Job Specific Accountabilities</strong></p><br><p><br>Supply Operations Planning and Operations<br>• Coordinate with Supply Operations Support team for accurate preparation of weekly, monthly and<br>quarterly product demand plans based on the sales estimates provided by Retail Sales, Corporate sales<br>and Aviation department and existing stock and inventory level at ADNOC distribution terminals.<br>• Ensures Quality Control of storage tank Ground products and JET A1 in line with ADNOC Specification.<br>• Supervises staff in various concerned Terminal control rooms and prepares duty roster of control room<br>supervisors and operators. Ensures staffs have appropriate training and administrative support to<br>undertake the control room operation efficiently.<br>• Coordinates with ADNOC Refining to receive pipeline transfer batches as planned in the 13 week plan<br>and prepares the pumping cycle requirements. Ensure the safe product receipt operation by pipeline<br>transfer and arranges for proper documentation as per company procedures.<br>• Lead and ensure proper coordination with marine department regarding product receipts via ship<br>tankers and ensure the safe product receipt operation by Marine tankers transfer and arranges for<br>proper documentation as per company procedures.</p><br><p>• Supervises the safe, secure and 24-hour operation of the product loading and unloading at the Terminal<br>including exercising quality control of the products stored to prevent contamination of staff during product discharge from marine vessels.<br>• Liaises with Supply and Distribution Support Team concerning the receipt of and storage of products<br>to meet the dynamic stock levels as advised by management.<br>• Supervises the delivery of product by pipeline transfer to customers<br>• Supervises the back loading operation of vessels in seaside Terminals<br>• Ensure coordination with Marine, Shipping agents, Ship captain for product delivery to Ships and to<br>ensure that delivery is in accordance with Quality standards (along with sample bottle & Quality<br>certificate) in time to avoid the demurrages.<br>• Prepares the annual leave plan to ensure the staff are available to meet the shift manning<br>requirements<br>• Ensures that customer complaints are attended as per the procedure.<br>• Ensures all terminal automation system hardware and soft wares functioning properly in line with the<br>operations philosophy.<br>• Coordinate with ADNOC/third party labs to ensure product receipt from internal customers as per the<br>standards.<br>• Review and approve E-log shift hand over system<br>Equipment Maintenance<br>• Liaises with Terminal maintenance staff in keeping meters properly calibrated, product pumps, valves,<br>pressure relief valves and associated paraphernalia properly maintained in accordance with the<br>Preventative Maintenance Program and on a required basis.<br>• Review all operation and maintenance projects to ensure planning, organization and supervision,<br>verify the completeness and ensure that facilities delivered are safe, reliable in view of different<br>natures, diversity of each system, equipment & facilities and the complexity of the technology<br>involved.<br>• Coordinates with the Maintenance team to keep the firefighting system in good repair and ensures the<br>availability of the system.<br>• Coordinate with Terminal Automation team to report relevant faults and issues.<br>Inventory Control<br>• Controls product losses/gains within approved limits and supervises the preparation of the daily<br>inventory reconciliation reports and investigate abnormalities.<br>• Compiles monthly stock and product movement statements for all storage facilities and products at the<br>Terminals.<br>• Ensure that the quality of the products is meeting the relevant specification limits as per company<br>standards.<br>• Ensures sufficient quantities of dye material are available to be added into gasoline during the pumping<br>process and ensures that the correct ratios are blended for each delivery.<br>Inspection and Audit<br>• Conducts periodic site inspections, observes staff, and prepares intermittent reports relating to<br>observance of fire and safety rules and regulations and staff adherence to same and training<br>requirements in these areas.<br>• Conducts monthly audit of Work Permits to ensure the proper procedures are followed as per WMS<br>(Work Management Systems) rules and guide.</p><br><p>Performs other similar or related duties as and when assigned by Supply Operations Department<br>Manager<br>• Conducts monthly audit of security seals usage and issuance log.<br>• Participate in the Internal /External ISO and AIPS /PSM/ HSEMS audits<br>New Projects and Expansion<br>• Review and provide technical support/ inputs for all major modifications and projects proposal POSITION OBJECTIVE<br><br> The position is responsible for generating sales and deliver customer service at its best. Support the other operational duties such as housekeeping, visual presentation standards, etc. as assigned by the Store Management Team.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Hospitality And Guest Service<br><br> Provides important visual cues for guests that make a positive first impression E.g. wearing proper career wear that is clean and neatly pressed, maintaining a clean parking lot/exterior and a clean and inviting dining room. Follows the guaranteed Always Fresh procedure to ensure coffee and products are always fresh and always accurate. Delivers consistent and outstanding guest service through friendly attitude, attentive behavior and strong product knowledge. Enhances the guest experience by following the S. E. T. Principles: Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You. Uses proper procedures to ensure the accuracy of every order for every guest. Ensures every guest receives a prompt and warm greeting within 5 seconds at front counter and drive-thru. Maintains speed of service targets by working efficiently with a sense of urgency to fill orders and meet guests’ needs. Promptly executes service recovery for any guest concerns or complaints by making it right with the guest, regardless of involvement in the issue. Listens carefully to guests and apologizes for the experience in the case of a complaint.<br><br>Store Operations<br><br> Follows all Operations standards and guidelines for preparation of products according to training and instructional materials provided. Prepares all products as required, following the order monitor to ensure the accuracy of every order. Communicates showcase and product needs to ensure proper product availability for guests. Regularly takes temperatures of the required products and records in the Time & Temperature Log.<br><br>Policies And Procedures<br><br> Participates in and attends all store meetings and other related functions. Follows all restaurant policies, procedures and standards. Maintains the front counter by keeping it clean, organized, stocked and ready for rush periods in the restaurant. Follows proper hand washing techniques and all sanitation guidelines; completes all sanitation tasks as outlined by the Store Manager.<br><br>Cashiering<br><br> Receives payment by cash, credit cards, vouchers or automatic debits. Issue receipts, refunds, or change to the customers correctly. Count money in the cash till at the beginning of the shifts to ensure that amount is correct and there is adequate change. Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.<br><br>Health & Safety<br><br> Works in compliance with occupational health and safety legislation. Knows, understands and follows safe work practices and procedures. Uses or wears personal protective equipment or clothing as required. Reports all injuries/illnesses, accidents, unsafe conditions, security incidents and any contravention of health and safety legislation, policies and procedures to the Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Owner. Does not operate any equipment, machine, device or thing, or otherwise work in a manner that will endanger anyone.
