Job Purpose<br>To effectively manage the strategic direction of the facilities and engineering services along with a number of outsourced service providers. The prime objective is to ensure that adequate management systems are in place to continually ensure a safe and robust environment for achieving superior performance throughout the property.<br>Roles, Responsibilities, Duties<br>Develop, gain consensus and implement the best practice/ building operation plan for assigned assets. Work with the Property Manager to prepare the final budget documentation/plans and administer works to ensure budget compliance Inspect facilities/equipment to determine the extent of service and equipment required. Arrange for alterations, maintenance or reconditioning of facilities, as specified in the operating procedures or management services agreement. In conjunction with the procurement team, competitively bid and prepare all non- engineering service contracts to assure high quality and cost-effective services Assemble and analyze contract bids, submit recommendations, and prepare the standard form contract agreement for the Property Manager, for execution by the Management team. Approve purchases of supplies and equipment for use within the facility. Prepare a periodic inventory of Premises contents and property condition and forward the listing to the Property Manager for review. Be proactively involved in ensuring that services are reviewed, and refinements made to enhance these services across the facility. Maintain Aldar PMSEffectively manage all resources, manpower & finances Ensure & effective PPM regime is in place and adhered to Regularly analyze call center data and plan improvements<br>Measurable Objectives:Participate as an active member of the Vendor account team representing facilities/engineering. Provide the Property Manager with reports on developments in the engineering market (both for service delivery and on new products and services). Communicate operating philosophies, technical information, objectives, and expectations to the facility team. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, emergency response procedures, preventive maintenance programmers and all technical documentation Develop a complete personal knowledge of the design intent, operational alternatives and contingency plans related to all building systems Develop and deliver the monthly reports/Billing sheet/ P& L report/ PMS report & document library Support the engineering service provider to deliver services that meet or exceed Clients' changing business expectations. Demonstrate experience in Leading & managing business service teams, including the management work allocation process, performance management, staff development and career planning Excellent knowledge & understanding of H&S and environmental responsibilities. Willing to study for additional formal qualifications if necessary Customer focused with sound commercial and financial awareness Able to translate client requirements into action plans and implement them Demonstrated high level English written and interpersonal skills, including an ability to communicate negotiate and consult at all levels of staff and to produce reports of a complex nature. Job Purpose<br><br>Plan and support the development and implementation of training related policies, procedures and programs. Initiates, selects, implements, monitors, and follows up appropriate training requirements for ADNOC employees, particularly UAE Nationals, and participates in enhancing training programs in order to support strategic Emiratization objectives. Provide input in the development of realistic budget estimations for creating new training courses, maintaining current ones, and monitors pertinent expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.<br><br>Job Specific Accountabilities (Part 1)<br><br> Provide support in the development and implementation of the training policies and procedures. Advise Management on the setting of the training objectives. Initiates and recommends modification, as required, to ensure attainment of the company’s training related objectives. Implement the annual training needs identification exercise to compile and produce the company’s annual training plan. Analyze the inputs and reports the results to the Management. Evaluate systematically the design and implementation of training courses, including content, cost, relevancy, quality and appropriateness of instructional methods and techniques to ensure conformity with ADNOC’s training objectives. Monitor proper implementation and completion of all planned in-house and external training courses and programs, with appropriate follow up, evaluation, assessment and performance reports. Reviews, and propose international best practices and benchmarking for corporate training, as appropriate to ADNOC requirements. Liaise with training organizations within the UAE and abroad, evaluates their courses in respect of quality of materials, and general suitability for ADNOC needs. Develop and monitors the English Language Training Program for the company in close liaison with the provider and ensures that it is supported by appropriate assessment strategies and methodologies. Plan and manage programs for in-house and overseas English Language training. Initiate and prepare various service agreements with educational institutes and training service providers, both in the UAE and abroad. Coordinate with the Group Companies on the implementation of strategic training plans, and their participation in different courses organized either by ADNOC or the Group. Study and analyze different trends and feedback about learning activities and recommends necessary changes to enhance the quality of the services provided. Analyze current training activities and attainments in relation to training and development objectives, and produces reports as required. Ensures that appropriate training data is maintained and available for management for reference. Anticipates future training needs and requirements and alerts management accordingly. (Geo Source, Product Quality, Pricing). Opportunity to assist with all aspects of budget preparation.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of 30-60-90 day fully updated Forecasts. Work with the DORM to prepare longer term forecasts and achieve hotel forecast accuracy goals.</li><li>Participate in the property’s weekly Strategy Meeting and contribute to the Daily Operations Meeting.</li><li>Review and analyze data on an ongoing and end of month basis. Provide monthly reports on production, trends, booking and stay patterns as well as channel analysis. Evaluation of the distribution channel performance and potential reasons for this performance.</li><li>Analyze competitive reports and formulate appropriate suggestions for strategies through use of STR Reports.</li><li>Daily communication with our Reservations and Front Office and Sales team to share best practices.</li></ul><br><p>Standard Duties:<br>1. Join us.</p><br><br>Job Description<br><p>• Supervise and inspect geotechnical works: excavations, backfilling, compaction, embankments, foundations, shoring, dewatering, ground improvement, and retaining structures.<br>
• Review and approve geotechnical method statements, ITPs, and inspection checklists; monitor contractor adherence in the field.<br>
• Verify materials and workmanship against project specifications and standards (e.g., ASTM, BS, Eurocode 7, AASHTO, and applicable local codes).<br>
• Witness and review field/lab tests: SPT/CPT, plate load tests, density/Proctor, permeability, Atterberg limits, consolidation, triaxial/UU/CU/CD, and aggregate compliance.<br>
• Oversee deep foundation activities: pile installation, drilling, QA/QC records, integrity testing (PIT), dynamic/load tests, and as-built evaluations.<br>
• Monitor instrumentation and geotechnical performance: settlement plates, piezometers, inclinometers, strain gauges; analyze trends and recommend actions.<br>
• Assess temporary works and stability (excavation support, slopes, dewatering plans); flag risks and propose mitigations.<br>
• Manage NCRs, punch lists, and corrective actions; track close-out and compliance.<br>
• Review RFIs, shop drawings, MARs, and test reports; provide clear, timely technical responses.<br>
• Prepare daily site reports, inspection records, photo logs, and weekly progress summaries.<br>
• Coordinate with client, contractor, designers, and HSE teams to resolve issues and maintain safe operations.<br>
• Support change management: evaluate geotechnical design changes, site constraints, and value engineering proposals.<br>
