<section>وصف الوظيفةالأدوار والمسؤوليات<div class="paragraph">الغرض من الوظيفة ضمان أن جميع البضائع والخدمات تُنقل آمنًا وفي الوقت المحدد للمساعدة في رضا العملاء كعامل رئيسي في تحقيق هدف الموقع.المسؤوليات الوظيفية: <ul><li>استقبال العملاء والمساعدة في تجارب القيادة</li><li>التعامل مع حركة المركبات داخل وخارج المعرض وورشة العمل</li><li>نقل مركبات العملاء إلى مراحل الإصلاح المختلفة من استلام السيارة حتى التسليم</li><li>التأكد من إرجاع جميع مفاتيح المركبة والاحتفاظ بها في المكان المحدد فور الوقوف</li><li>الإبلاغ للمشرف فورًا في حالة الحادث</li><li>ضمان حركة المركبات بشكل فعال وآمن داخل الورشة، من وإلى استقبال الورشة، أرضية المحل، مناطق الوقوف، أقسام الغسل، إلخ.</li><li>التأكد من تركيب جميع مواد التهذيب (غطاء المقود، حصيرة الأرضية وغطاء المقعد إلخ) في مركبة العميل.</li><li>عند استلام المفتاح من المشرف، فإن من واجب السائق جلب مركبة الخدمة/الحادث من ساحة الوقوف إلى منطقة العمل المعنية.</li><li>عندما تكون المركبة جاهزة بعد الغسل، يجب إرسالها إلى KNOP وربطها في المنطقة المخصصة</li><li>التأكد من أن منطقة الاستقبال للوقوف مرتبة والمركبات مركونة بشكل منظم.</li><li>في نهاية اليوم تأكيد عدم وجود مركبة مركونة في منطقة استقبال السيارات ومنطقة KNOP</li><li>جمع وتوصيل لقطع الغيار - الذهاب إلى الموردين أو المواقع لاستلام النقل وتسليم القطع في حالتها الجيدة وتقديم الفواتير أو المستندات الصحيحة</li><li>صيانة/تسجيل المركبات - ضمان الصيانة الدورية وتجديد تسجيل سنوي للمركبات في الورشة.</li><li>الحفاظ على المركبة في حالة جيدة والحفاظ على النظافة والانضباط الذاتي</li><li>ملء السجلات اللازمة للرحلات الخارجية</li><li>نقل الضيوف/الموظفين/العملاء: نقل الفنيين يوميًا (من سكن الشركة) إلى مكان العمل ومنه. كما يتم نقل الزوار من كبار الشخصيات والعملاء والموظفين إلى وجهة محددة عند الطلب. في بعض الحالات، جمع وتسليم المركبات من مقر العميل.</li><li>نقل الفنيين يوميًا (من سكن الشركة) إلى مكان العمل ومنه.</li><li>كما يتم نقل الزوار من كبار الشخصيات والعملاء والموظفين إلى وجهة محددة عند الطلب.</li><li>في بعض الحالات، جمع وتسليم المركبات من مقر العميل.</li><li>الانضباط - بالحفاظ على النظام في مؤسسة الخدمة من خلال الالتزام الصارم بقواعد الشركة ولوائحها وإجراءاتها.</li><li>التقاط من المطار - التأكيد على أن يتم التقاط المتعاقدين الجدد من المطار ونقلهم إلى سكن الشركة.</li><li>مساعدة المتعاقدين الجدد في الإجراءات الطبية، وتقديم طلب بطاقة الهوية الإماراتية وغيرها من الأمور ذات الصلة.</li><li>نقل وثائق الموارد البشرية وغيرها من الوثائق المتعلقة بالموظفين من وإلى الموارد البشرية</li><li>التأكد من اتباع إجراءات السلامة في الورشة والسلامة الشخصية وفق SOP</li><li>إيداع النقد/الشيكات، السحب وتجميع المستحقات - الذهاب إلى المواقع لجمع التحصيلات وإيداع النقد/الشيكات في البنوك، صرف شيكات النقدية، وتسليم المستندات والنقد إلى الشخص المعني</li></ul> </div></section><section>الملف المرشح المطلوبالمؤهل العلمي <ul><li>خريج ثانوية عامة وخريج مدرسة تقنية</li></ul>الخبرة العملية <ul><li>2-3 سنوات في علامة إطار/سيارات محترمة</li></ul>الكفاءات <ul><li>يمكنه قيادة مركبات خفيفة/ثقيلة باستخدام رخصة قيادة سارية في الإمارات.</li><li>معرفة جيدة بقوانين وقواعد المرور.</li><li>الكفاءات السلوكية: مهارات الاتصال، اتجاه نحو العملاء، مهارات التعامل مع الآخرين</li></ul>اللغات <ul><li>يقرأ ويفهم ويكتب الإنجليزية. ويفضل أن يكون متحدثًا بالعربية</li></ul></section>
