<br><br>Job Purpose <br><p>Handles all clerical functions related to Distribution such as receiving customer orders, retail site inventory and updating customer’s fuel orders in the system and dispatches the orders.<br>

<br><br>Principal Accountabilities <br><p>Receives customer orders through phone, fax or mail and records all orders in a log book and assigns reference number to the customer placing order, then validates customer account and enters the orders accordingly in the system with details such as quantity, date and time requested, customer number etc. to create a consolidated open order list for scheduling of the orders.<br>
Analysis the trips and advises Scheduler on postponing or dumping of products to sites, depending on truck and driver resource availability to maximize the utilization of resource.<br>
Prints the loading instructions and delivery advises (the loading documents) and assigns loadings to the drivers based on loading schedule for timely deliveries. <br>
Receives customers enquires through phone and amends the delivery plan as and when necessary based on customers request and other circumstances such as, vehicle breakdowns, accidents etc. This is to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth deliveries. <br>
Records and confirms deliveries in the system after the deliveries return based in the delivery documents to update customers’ accounts.<br>
Monitors drivers’ punctuality to ensure timely deliveries and non-interruption of planned deliveries.<br>
Records retail sites tanks stock on daily basis to use as a prioritizing base for scheduling of deliveries.<br>
Coordinates with the company workshop to arrange for preventive maintenance and breakdowns to reduce downtime.<br>
Update’s customers account in the system (if product is returned) by preparing return of goods document with the correct quantity delivered so that customer is accounted accurately.<br>
Sorts out the DAs (loading document) and dispatch them to ENOC finance for invoicing.<br>
Monitors trucks movement through GPS tracking system to update customers on their order status and the management for any violations.<br>
Coordinates with ENOC emergency service in case of emergencies and act as per the Emergency Response Plan.<br>
Arranges spot hired trucks in coordination with the scheduler for deliveries beyond company resources to prevent to customer</p><br>

<p>National Civil Aviation Security Programme Responsibilities </p><br><p> Advice on the review and development of National Civil Aviation Security Policy, Civil Aviation Regulations, National Civil Aviation Security Programmes to ensure consistence with requirements of National Civil Aviation Facilitation Programme (NCAFLAP) and Annex 9 – Facilitation Standards and Recommended Practices. Role summary<br>We are seeking a Tax Specialist to support the group's direct and indirect tax compliance, reporting, and advisory activities in the UAE and, where relevant, across the Middle East, Europe and Southeast Asia. The role handles day-to-day Corporate Tax and VAT matters, contribute to international tax matters such as Pillar 2 and transfer pricing, and the group's transition to the UAE e-invoicing mandate. It sits within the tax function and works closely with finance, treasury, procurement, supply chain, legal, and commercial teams. The successful candidate will be comfortable owning deliverables end to end, working with external advisors.<br>Key responsibilities<br>Corporate Tax Prepare and support the filing of UAE Corporate Tax returns via Emara Tax, including supporting schedules, book-to-tax adjustments, and reconciliations to the financial statements. Maintain Corporate Tax registrations and ensure all entities meet registration, filing, and payment deadlines. Assess and document the tax treatment of group entities and transactions, and track and correctly apply reliefs and elections (e.g., Small Business Relief where eligible, tax grouping, and transfer of losses). Monitor developments to the Corporate Tax regime (Federal Decree-Law No. 47 of 2022 and subsequent Cabinet and Ministerial Decisions) and assess their impact on the group. Support tax provisions, disclosures, and effective-tax-rate analysis for statutory and management reporting and assist with tax forecasting and cash-tax planning. If needed, support corporate tax filings in other jurisdictions that the group operates i.e., Middle East, Europe and Southeast Asia<br>Value Added Tax (VAT) Own the preparation, review, and timely submission of periodic VAT returns via Emara Tax, including supporting workings and reconciliations to the general ledger and financial statements. Determine and document the correct treatment of standard-rated, zero-rated, exempt, and out-of-scope supplies, reverse-charge transactions, imports, and designated-zone movements. Manage input VAT recovery, apportionment methodologies where relevant, and VAT reconciliations and adjustments. Handle VAT registrations, amendments, deregistrations, refund claims, and voluntary disclosures, and manage the associated risk and penalty exposure. Review contracts, pricing, invoicing, and new business initiatives for VAT implications and advise stakeholders proactively. Design, document, and maintain VAT controls, processes, and a compliance calendar across all in-scope entities. <p>The Audit Associate Junior will support the planning and execution of audit engagements, review internal controls, perform audit testing, analyze financial information, and prepare audit documentation and reports.
