An advanced degree in Life science and/or MBA is a plus. </p><br><p>- Practical, in-depth understanding of the Healthcare insurance system and reimbursement landscape in the UAE</p><br><p>- Deep understanding of healthcare system, processes and governance</p><br><p>- Proven experience working with health insurance companies, with a strong track record of navigating and streamlining reimbursement processes </p><br><p>- Fluent in local language. The Relationship Management role provides dedicated relationship management to a portfolio of multinational corporate customers with accountability for Sales, Risk/credit management, Service and operational delivery. This role will have internal and external stakeholders. Internal stakeholders may include Sales, Product Development, Credit Risk, Legal & Compliance teams. The remit may range from an area within a country or multiple countries. </span></p><br><br><br><p><span>In this role, you will:</span></p><br><br><ul><li><span>Manage a portfolio of Corporate clients which are Headquartered outside of UAE with presence in UAE to provide solutions that meet the clients banking and treasury objectives.</span></li><li><span>Focus on growing the business sustainably, by identifying opportunities to expand a portfolio and broadening client relationships by leveraging HSBC's extensive network.</span></li><li><span>Drive revenue growth through understanding customer needs and by adopting a needs-based approach which engages clients and increases new business.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with HSBC Group colleagues across various teams in coverage and product to deliver appropriate needs-based solutions for customers. </span></li><li><span>Build a strong understanding of the client's business and industry to promote insights, enrich client conversations and deliver fair outcomes.</span></li><li><span>Execute a robust growth plan to target new to bank relationships including all facets of originating and executing deals end to end.</span></li><li><span>Deepen understanding of the client through pro-active credit risk assessments and customer due diligence reviews.</span></li><li><span>Confidently manage financial crime risk throughout the client lifecycle by identifying, assessing, accepting, monitoring, escalating and mitigating risk.</span></li><li><span>Ensure adherence to all applicable operational risk HSBC Standards and policies, reporting any breaches in accordance with local procedures</span></li><li><span>Stay abreast of developments, products and offerings from HSBC, competitors and market changes</span></li><li><span>Ensure prompt escalation or sharing of relevant information relating to the client, so that members of the client coverage team can form and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the risks to HSBC by the client </span></li><li><span>Be required to acquire knowledge of product areas and in some geographies may need to hold specific certificates or need membership of a regulatory body </span></li></ul><br><p><span>To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:</span></p><br><br><ul><li><span>Strong experience in corporate banking as a Relationship Manager or Associate Relationship Manager managing/supporting international subsidiaries or MNCs in the UAE.</span></li><li><span>Strong credit and financial analytical skills.</span></li><li><span>Comprehensive knowledge & understanding of economic trends and regulatory environment.</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of key international corridors, driving growth in the UAE. Sector knowledge is a plus.</span></li><li><span>Strong organizational, analytical, negotiation, communication, teamwork and influencing skills.</span></li><li><span>Extensive knowledge and proven sales success with the Bank’s products and services, or equivalent</span></li><li><span>In-depth knowledge of regulations impacting the business and the lending and credit approval process.</span></li><li><span>Strong understanding of Investment Banking products, with the ability to identify opportunities.</span></li><li><span>A graduation degree is essential for obtaining a UAE visa and work permit.
