The role involves advising clients on luxury property purchases, sales, and rentals, including conducting property viewings, preparing presentations, and providing detailed market insights. The consultant will manage client inquiries, qualify leads, and maintain relationships through regular communication in Arabic and English. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams, updating property listings, negotiating offers, and ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met. The role also requires staying current on local market trends, competing developments, and regulatory changes to guide clients effectively and support business growth.<br>Qualifications<br> Strong Consulting skills with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions. Excellent Communication skills in Arabic and English, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse clients and stakeholders. Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach, ensuring professional, timely, and courteous support throughout the property journey. Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a competitive real estate environment. Real Estate knowledge, particularly in the luxury segment, including familiarity with Abu Dhabi market dynamics, regulations, and property valuation. Relevant experience as a property consultant, broker, or similar role; UAE real estate experience is highly beneficial. Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within Abu Dhabi for meetings and property viewings. Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously, and use CRM and real estate listing platforms effectively. Professional demeanor, strong ethical standards, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance with local laws.
