Clinical expertise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports injury rehabilitation, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain management, with the ability to perform thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans. Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, movement rehabilitation, posture and mobility correction, and rehabilitation for performance optimization. Experience or training in specialized modalities such as dry needling, sports massage therapy, women’s health and pelvic floor physiotherapy, and ACL or complex orthopedic rehabilitation is highly beneficial. The role is responsible for cross-functional coordination, vendor interface, governance compliance, and continuous improvement of bid management practices to enhance win rates and operational efficiency.<br>Key Responsibilities Bid Development & Management Lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), tenders, and formal bid responses. Ensure full compliance with RFP/RFQ requirements, commercial guidelines, and client specifications. Collaborate with technical, commercial, legal, and finance teams to obtain accurate and timely inputs. Develop and manage bid schedules, milestones, and submission timelines to ensure on-time delivery. Oversee bid administration, document control, and version management throughout the bid lifecycle. Identify bid risks and implement mitigation strategies to improve win probability.<br>Proposal Preparation & Quality Assurance Produce professionally structured proposals aligned with corporate branding and client expectations. Review, edit, and proofread bid content to ensure clarity, consistency, and grammatical accuracy. Enhance proposal quality through effective storytelling, value positioning, and visual presentation. Develop, standardize, and maintain bid templates, tools, and reusable content. Own and continuously update the Bid Library to ensure accuracy, relevance, and ease of access. Implement quality control checks prior to submission.<br>Administrative Support & Process Improvement Provide strategic and administrative support to the Business Development function. Develop high-impact presentation materials, including executive decks and client submission packs. Coordinate vendor documentation and process related invoices/payments in line with finance policies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across bid processes, templates, and knowledge management. Ensure adherence to ISO standards, internal controls, and audit requirements. Support achievement of financial targets, including contribution to EBIT through improved bid outcomes and cost discipline.<br>Team Management & Succession Planning Lead, mentor, and develop the bid management team to build a high-performance culture. Conduct performance management, coaching, and capability development. Establish and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support succession planning (target 1:2 ratio). Promote collaboration, accountability, and knowledge sharing across the team.<br>Governance, Sustainability & Compliance Ensure strong corporate governance practices within the bid function and assigned region. Drive alignment with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards. Promote responsible use of resources and compliance with EHS policies and sustainability objectives. Support and advance the organization’s sustainability initiatives and reporting requirements.<br>Anti-Bribery Management Systems (ABMS) Comply fully with ABMS roles and responsibilities as defined in the corporate manual. Demonstrate strong understanding of business ethics and integrity standards. Identify, assess, and mitigate bribery and corruption risks within bid activities and vendor interactions. Ensure all bid processes meet internal and regulatory compliance requirements.<br>Education Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent (Master’s degree or professional certification is an advantage).<br>Experience8–12 years of progressive experience in bid/tender management within complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Proven track record of managing large and strategic bids with successful outcomes. Strong presentation, stakeholder management, and commercial awareness skills.
