ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><br><br><br><ul><li><b>Leadership and Management:</b></li></ul><ul><li>Sr. Commissioning Engineer shall provide guidance to EPC contractors, Sub-Contractors on Completion deliverables and implementations.</li><li>Support systemization activities, including system and subsystem definition.</li><li>Provide advice and support for Onshore Completion Lead and Sr. Commissioning Manager as and when required.</li><li>Review completion/turnover deliverables issued by EPC Contractor.</li><li>Verify mechanical completion certificates requirements for various systems and subsystems.</li><li>Participate in completion and commissioning meetings and other related meetings.</li><li>Verify the readiness of systems/subsystems for MC and RFSU certificates issuance.</li><li>To ensure completion and handover methodology is proceeding in compliance with related contractual documents.</li></ul><br><ul><li><b>Planning and Execution:</b></li></ul><ul><li>To ensure Project Completion Management System Database populations are reliable for project tracking and monitoring prior to completion acceptance.</li><li>Utilize Completion Management Systems for tracking and reporting.</li><li>Monitor Contractor’s Mechanical Completion (MC) and Pre-Commissioning activities on a day-to-day basis.</li><li>To ensure the implementation of completion deliverables is progressing as per commissioning sequence plan and project schedule.</li><li>Ensure all installations are complete and compliant with project requirements.</li><li>Participating in system walkdowns and final acceptance inspections </li><li>Support generation and tracking of punch items (Category A/B/C)</li><li>Verify closure of punch items, ensuring critical items are addressed prior to completion acceptance.</li><li>Support Onshore Completion Lead and Sr. Commissioning manager to ensure completion milestone is meeting the Contractual requirements.</li><li>Report completion progress, key issues, and readiness status to other departments.</li></ul><br><br><ul><li><b>HSE &Quality Assurance:</b></li></ul><ul><li>Sr. Commissioning Engineer is responsible for the assurance of EPC Contractor Complying with Company HSE regulations, during construction, quality and commissioning activities.</li><li>Provide support and advice for Onshore Completion Lead and Commissioning Team in regards of managing risks prior to starting any pre-commissioning and commissioning activities by ensuring completion deliverables are fully compliance with project standards and requirements.</li></ul><br><ul><li><b>Interface & stakeholder Management:</b></li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with Contractor, QA/QC, Commissioning Team, and Operations representatives</li><li>Support Onshore Completion Lead, Sr. Commissioning Manager and Operation Readiness team leader to approve Mechanical Completion and RFSU.</li><li>Support Onshore Completion Lead and Sr. Commissioning manager to verify the process of facilities final handover to operation is in line with project Contractual requirement.</li></ul><br><br><br><br> </div>
