Monitor site engineering activities to ensure installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project milestones. Manage specialist subcontractors and monitor engineering progress against project objectives. Coordinate statutory authority approvals and ensure all regulatory requirements are achieved. Identify engineering changes affecting programme or cost and coordinate timely commercial notifications. Support testing, commissioning, handover, and close-out activities to ensure successful project delivery.<br>Skills and Competencies Essential Strong knowledge of electrical system design, installation, testing, commissioning, and current MEP engineering practices. Experience managing engineering deliverables, material submittals, procurement schedules, and technical documentation. Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, HSE requirements, and project planning. Proven experience coordinating consultants, subcontractors, authorities, and multidisciplinary engineering teams. Proficiency in MS Office and Autodesk Revit. Strong commercial awareness, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.<br>Desirable Experience delivering mission-critical, data centre, hospitality, healthcare, commercial, or large-scale mixed-use developments. Knowledge of BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), or other CDE platforms. Familiarity with Primavera P6. Experience with UAE statutory authority approvals.
