<ul><li><p>Implement and monitor project-specific QA/QC procedures for civil construction activities.</p></li><li><p>Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, method statements, ITPs, and quality requirements.</p></li><li><p>Conduct inspections of civil works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and construction procedures.</p></li><li><p>Inspect excavation, earthworks, backfilling, compaction, foundations, reinforcement, formwork, concrete, masonry, waterproofing, drainage, roads, utilities, and finishing works.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and submit Inspection Requests and coordinate inspections with consultants and client representatives.</p></li><li><p>Verify that construction activities are executed using approved materials, drawings, method statements, and procedures.</p></li><li><p>Review material submittals, delivery documents, test certificates, and material approvals before use at site.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with laboratories and third-party excavation, filling, compaction, levels, and testing are carried out as specified.</p></li><li><p>Inspect waterproofing, protective coatings, sealants, and other specialist civil works.</p></li><li><p>Ensure construction materials are properly stored, protected, and handled in accordance with project and manufacturer requirements.</p></li><li><p>Review subcontractor quality documentation and monitor compliance with project QA/QC requirements.</p></li><li><p>Participate in quality meetings, technical coordination meetings, and site inspections with clients and consultants.</p></li><li><p>Support internal, client, consultant, and external quality audits.</p></li><li><p>Ensure measuring and testing equipment used for inspections is properly calibrated and within validity.</p></li><li><p>Maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection logs, test reports, NCR registers, material records, and quality trackers.</p></li><li><p>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly
