<p>To lead, develop, and execute the overall sales strategy for the company’s real estate portfolio—ensuring achievement of revenue targets, optimal absorption rates, and high client satisfaction. The Sales Director oversees the performance of the internal sales team and external broker network, aligning sales execution with market trends, inventory strategy, and business objectives.<br></p><ul><li><p>Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies across all projects and channels, including direct sales, agents, and digital platforms. Align strategy with project phasing, product mix, and cash flow requirements.</p></li><li><p>Drive the achievement of sales revenue targets, monitor absorption velocity, and recommend pricing or incentive adjustments based on performance and market movement.</p></li><li><p>Manage and mentor the internal sales team, setting clear KPIs, coaching for performance, and ensuring professional development. Lead the recruitment, training, and performance appraisal processes.</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain relationships with key brokerage firms. Oversee agent registration, performance tracking, commission policies, and external sales alignment.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with commercial and development teams to define product mix, launch phases, and pricing strategies per typology. Conduct pricing revisions quarterly or based on performance trends.</p></li><li><p>Review daily/weekly sales reports, lead dashboards, conversion rates, and inventory status. Prepare monthly forecasts and board-level reports on revenue outlook and risk areas.</p></li><li><p>Lead or contribute to the design and implementation of internal sales systems, including CRM, inventory control, digital booking tools, and agent platforms. Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose solutions.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with marketing, development, finance, legal, and customer care teams to ensure alignment across launch plans, payment structures, compliance requirements, and after-sales service.<br></p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a strong plus</p></li><li><p>8+ years of real estate sales experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role</p></li><li><p>Proven track record in hitting revenue targets and managing large teams</p></li><li><p>Deep knowledge of the UAE real estate market and SRERA - RERA regulations</p></li><li><p>Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), Excel, and reporting dashboards</p></li><li><p>Bilingual (English & Arabic) is preferred</p></li></ul>
