Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.</p><br><br><b>Responsibilities</b><br><p>• Leads advanced cybersecurity research and threat analysis by curating high-quality data sources, researching vulnerabilities, adversary activity, product exploitation risks, and academic/industry findings, and translating complex threat landscape data into actionable insights across teams.</p><br><p>• Drives security analysis planning and cross-functional solution design by aligning research with product timelines, risks, dependencies, and feature scope while partnering across security and non-security teams to prevent, detect, disrupt, and remediate attacks.</p><br><p>• Owns security orchestration, reviews, and incident response by leading large-scale architecture and design reviews, assessing operational security measures, investigating and remediating incidents, conducting root-cause analysis, and identifying protection gaps, trends, and repair actions.</p><br><p>• Develops scalable security solutions and practices by automating detection and response capabilities, improving methods for malware/threat analysis and attack disruption, implementing mitigations for feature areas, incorporating customer and partner feedback, and contributing to security guidelines, models, and standards.</p><br><br><b>Qualifications</b><br><p>Required Qualifications:<br>Doctorate in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Security, or related field OR Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Security, or related field AND 3+ years experience in software development lifecycle, large-scale computing, threat analysis or modeling, cybersecurity, vulnerability research, and/or anomaly detection <br> OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Security, or related field AND 4+ years experience in software development lifecycle, large-scale computing, threat analysis or modeling, cybersecurity, vulnerability research, and/or anomaly detection <br> OR equivalent experience</p><br><p>Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and / or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
