<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p><strong>Job purpose:</strong></p><p>To ensure effective control on Inventory, Parts margin, Documentation accuracy, workshop store, special tools and equipment’s, manuals etc.</p><p><strong>Job responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Sourcing parts & consumables on better price and maintain profitable margin.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate stock levels by promptly issuing the items on job cards.</p></li><li><p>Maintain 5S in parts department</p></li><li><p>Perform monthly cycle count and keep accurate stock levels</p></li><li><p>Provide parts estimation to workshop (SA /Forman) in minimum TAT.</p></li><li><p>Supply parts to technician in minimum TAT.</p></li><li><p>Verify parts bills and ensure only genuine parts are received in stock. Ensure the Genuinity of the purchased parts.( Used & New)</p></li><li><p>Negotiate best price from supplier and maintain healthy relationship with all stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with registered suppliers and supply parts to workshop in minimum TAT.</p></li><li><p>Ensure correct documentation of all necessary documents in line with Autotrust SOP</p></li><li><p>Ensure the computerized Bills and VAT compliance.</p></li><li><p>Ensure prompt submission of required documents to finance and keep acknowledgments for future references.</p></li><li><p>Assist supplier for any payment delays liaising with Finance department.</p></li><li><p>Part number creation to comply with SOP guidelines for new and used</p></li><li><p>Guidelines & Process Adherence 100%</p></li><li><p>Supply TAT New parts (12 HRS)</p></li><li><p>Supply TAT Used parts (12 HRS)</p></li><li><p>Supply TAT Consumables (Within 48 HRS)</p></li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p><strong>Educational Qualification</strong></p><ul><li><p>Degree/3-year Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering</p></li></ul><p><strong>Work Experience</strong></p><ul><li><p>3 to 5 years’ experience in Auto W/S store management/Automobile dealer/Workshop</p></li></ul><p><strong>Competencies</strong></p><ul><li><p>Parts Sourcing & Cost Control: Sources genuine parts and consumables at optimal cost, ensuring profitability, margin control, and supplier negotiation.</p></li><li><p>Inventory & Stock Accuracy: Maintains accurate stock levels through timely issuance, cycle counts, 5S standards, and strict SOP compliance.</p></li><li><p>Operational Efficiency & TAT Management: Delivers fast and accurate parts estimation and supply to workshop teams within defined turnaround times.</p></li><li><p>Compliance & Documentation Management: Ensures correct documentation, VAT compliance, system accuracy, and coordination with finance and suppliers.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Languages</strong></p><ul><li><p>English</p></li></ul><p></p></section>
