<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><ul><li><p>Study &amp; review Invitation to Tender (ITT), technical specifications, datasheets, drawings, and scope of work related to Electrical &amp; Instrumentation systems.</p></li><li><p>Identify scope boundaries, technical requirements, and project risks associated with the E&amp;I discipline.</p></li><li><p>Prepare technical clarifications and tender queries when required.</p></li><li><p>Develop detailed cost estimates including direct costs (materials, labour, construction equipment) and indirect costs.</p></li><li><p>Prepare unit rate build-ups and pricing analysis using historical cost data and productivity norms.</p></li><li><p>Assist in preparing technical and commercial tender submissions.</p></li><li><p>Maintain organized estimation records, cost databases, and tender documentation.</p></li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in electrical or electrical &amp; Instrumentation Engineering.</p></li><li><p>5–7 years of experience in tendering or cost estimation for Oil &amp; Gas EPC projects.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with major EPC contractors or international oil &amp; gas projects is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of Electrical &amp; Instrumentation systems used in oil &amp; gas facilities.</p></li><li><p>Ability to interpret:</p></li><li><p>Single Line Diagrams (SLD)</p></li><li><p>Electrical layouts</p></li><li><p>Instrument datasheets and hook-ups</p></li><li><p>Control system architecture diagrams</p></li><li><p>Familiar with international standards such as:</p></li><li><p>IEC</p></li><li><p>IEEE</p></li><li><p>NFPA</p></li><li><p>API</p><br></li><li><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools for estimation and data analysis.</p></li></ul><br><p><strong>Note :</strong> Depending on the nature of the position and its associated compliance risk level, a background check on your profile may be carried out.</p><p></p></section>
